It looks like the opposition is being very intransigent and little progress in resolving the issues re Zhongying. It would be nice to get some kind of update on outstanding court cases etc.

~I've emailed the co recently asking for an update as its been another 6 months of silence - does anyone have any direct e-mail addresses for directors that i could try ? Even without a reply , it still lets them know shareholders do exist

Following the efforts to reach this point , unless this is all bearing fruit we'd have been better accepting the 9p (?) offer and run

I think that was one of the companies I came across when looking at this but there were so many which disappeared down a black hole or were booted off PLUS markets if I remember.

As for the FSA I am not sure it is worth bothering with. There are dozens of scam companies on AIM and nothing is ever done. If they are going to do anything at all, it would most likely be here as the FSA have had the evidence provided to them on a plate. I understand that amongst other complaints the previous management sent a whole dossier to the FSA so if nothing is done, they cannot say they were not told. After all, this was perhaps the biggest financial scandal (in terms of criminality) since Langbar a few years ago.

Merchant House Group which was connected through one director of Commodity Growth, which in turn was connected with LAC with shared directors has delisted recently.

The whole set of previous directors here, Commodity Growth and the others such as the one you mentioned, were an assortment of crooks, incompetants and general AIM toe rags. What makes me laugh is that these people are still at large and in positions of responsibility - occasionally speaking to the press and on social media bigging up their acheivements and launching new ventures and initiatives as if nothing has happened.

When the current stranglehold on the press and social media is over and people learn the current attack against free speech in some quarters, is designed to distract from various wrongdoing, I think we will be reading some interesting stories.

Did anybody else here invest in China Biotech Health which was promoted by LDC. If so, have you any information as to the position of our shareholding ?? Is something that could be referred to the FSA ?? Looks like it was a total scam.

I really hope you do get your money back but nothing is gained by sitting meekly back and saying nothing about the con artists that ran this company and others in the same stable. They are still out there deceiving and fleecing other investors.

Reading the last annual report (and previous ones) I'd be surprised if a recovery will occur any time soon. It is simply staggering the events which occurred previously, involving many parties in several jurisdictions which looks like a nightmare to sort through.

I see various litigation has been put on hold pending discussions and if I read the last report correctly there was a claim against LAC too. I can just see a situation where these discussions drag on and on without significant progress and the anticipated recoveries never made.

Just for the benefit of anyone wondering who Holmes is - he was director of Commodity Growth along with Littlewood. Many of the directors were the same in both companies. Holmes is director of Merchant House (MHG) and readers may have heard of the Craig Whyte (Glasgow Rangers conman) connection with MHG.

Morro - you will have seen the latest MHG RNS which does not look too hopeful. I hold a few shares there. You could write a book about all this. Simon Littlewood and London Asia and Craig Whyte who was involved in Merchant House.

James Holmes apparently is no longer FSA registered from two days ago.
