A strange question to ask. It is just additional shares in the incentive plan, don't see anything untoward.

With regard to Green's interview, he seems to be unsure of the government situation but he is bullish elsewhere. I thought that the Government Cabinet Office Efficiency and Reform Board had ex Logica CEO Martin Read as an advisor. He was replaced by Andy Green so are the vibes good or bad. Who knows, you have to either have patience or get out of this market.

These are bad times, be glad when this ConLib gain some consistency. At the moment, I have little faith in anything they say.

Back to Log..Green said the "two huge issues" facing the global IT industry are privacy and security, particularly following the recent attacks on EMC Corp.'s (EMC) RSA Security unit and Sony Corp.'s (SNE) PlayStation network.

It could be good for Logica but I ain't holding my breath, things could be getting better or worse who knows, buy high sell low.

Well, reading between the lines of Andy's urges for me it's more the question as to what happens to Log. if the gov. don't sign the projects!

Yes I can see that Rob. Buy at 80 wait and sell at 140+. The wait and buy it back at 100+ wait and sell at 140+.................it's easy........you should try it.......it's called INVESTING.........to win.....rather than, buy, watch it fall and then buy some more in the hope it goes back up to recover the intial loss............................so don't think for one minute you have all the answers.............I've yet to see you make a profit!!

If you understand markets, you will see that Logica have been up over 100% in less than two years. There are thousands of ordinary Logica investors and fund managers who hold add/reduce buy and sell in the quarters that make up the year. I personally hold Logica at all sorts of buying prices. I want companies to grow and return a decent dividend.

You will find that if you think investing is fretting about missed chances, you are a gambler and not a investor. I don't need anything more than patience as I am not trying to bet on a daily basis.

There is long term investing where a share continues to rise..that's a good investment.......................and then there is sitting on a loss for 5 years or so which is a loss no matter how look at..........not even taking into account the missed oportunities while your money is tied up.....................now that's stupid!!
