17/4/2013 08:48 | Plus their site is so slow & always playing up, i keep complaining to them but they are useless, they can't figure out that if something isn't broken don't try to fix it, they are always updating the site, then it goes pear shaped. | therealdeal5

16/4/2013 22:14 | Next few days I would think. There has been a ship change and the new one is on its way now to Athena. | utrecht_00
16/4/2013 18:05 | Yes The oil price has slightly fallen W not sure lhd hedged but so has the costs recently before may 20% repayment production. UT when's the next shipment due ? I know you have been doing some excellent calculation work on that front with sea. | falklands
16/4/2013 16:29 | from the last accounts:- In the period from the commencement of production at Athena until 28 February 2013, some $10.5 million of the $28 million total Athena related debt has been repaid at the rate of 50 per cent of gross production revenues. $17.5 million remains outstanding of which $3.5 million is to be repaid at the rate of 50 per cent of gross production revenues and $14 million at the rate of 20 per cent of gross production revenues. This loan is non-recourse and is only payable if production from Athena continues. Commercially therefore it can be regarded as a production cost, net of which Lochard receives its income. The rate of repayment is expected to fall to 20 per cent of gross revenues from May 2013. | sea7
16/4/2013 16:18 | I would have guessed that the last payment at 50% would be paid around the end of this month. I guess it depends on what oil price they have used to say "from may onwards", although in fairness to them to did say "expected" from may onwards They probably don't need to rns' it WBodger, but it would be nice to see it. | sea7
16/4/2013 16:12 | I'm not sure that they need to RNS that, sea7, besides I hope they have already reduced the payments, which I understand come out of Gross Revenue (I stand to be corrected). I hope they have repaid the first $14 million, because the falling oil price will have an effect. (I assume hedging is each partner's own responsibility.) Edit: LadderRack on III posted that the tanker now being used is the Anneleen Knutsen. The Knutsen family. Sounds like a TV Sitcom. | wbodger
16/4/2013 15:59 | As of 28th feb 2013, the company stated that it only had to pay a further $3.5m (£2.27m) at 50% gross revenue to gemini and that from may these payments will drop to 20%. We should receive an announcement from the company detailing this move in the next two weeks, preferably with an update on everything else. This should just leave the $14m at 20% gross production revenue, over two years outstanding. (which is 3pps). (Thankfully, the repayments are tied to production and will vary accordingly) A decent boost to the share price in the run up to this wouldn't go amiss. | sea7
16/4/2013 15:58 | Fat chance, though. Trd can't you find something to do? Nice sunny day shouldn't you be outside playing marbles or something? | wbodger
16/4/2013 15:18 | Yes would be nice UT. | falklands
16/4/2013 14:52 | MM's talking code, pmsl it's a Myth, have you not heard of the Mobile phone? lol you plank falklands, still acting the edjit Boy!! by the way if you are reading my posts then i'm not talking to myself am i? lol, what a tool, every time i catch you! :-))) Which canadian oilie are you talking about? also you never answered any of my questions, you are a Tool, maybe even the Village Idiot, :-) lol | therealdeal5
16/4/2013 13:35 | Falklands, Yes, I have heard people saying that before, about mms talking in code. If it wasn't for the fact that the small amount of shares that showed up as a trade also appeared on my contract note, I would have been none the wiser. The de-listing day is may 22nd I think. | sea7
16/4/2013 12:39 | Well sea some believe it's mms talking to themselves through code, I think your point is valid. Interesting to see if all the Auz holders have already sold up if I recall Auz delists soon. | falklands
16/4/2013 12:14 | That little 600 share trade at 4.97 (a buy) is a bit misleading. At first glance you would have thought, who would buy £29.28 worth of shares plus dealing costs, its not worth it, however, one of my trades has shown up as a small trade before. I have received a contract note for the small amount plus the rest of my order for the full consideration, the remainder of my order showed up as a late trade a day or two later. So, that little trade could just be an indication of a much larger trade that will show up later. Or someone really did buy 29 quids worth of stock and is hoping for at least a 100% increase just to break even. | sea7
16/4/2013 12:06 | There deal you really are full of stupid nonsense talking to yourself. | falklands
16/4/2013 10:32 | Falklands has gone i see, lol, been caught out yet again, so many liars on these boards with very little knowledge, | therealdeal5
16/4/2013 10:31 | Sea don't touch encounter oil as their CEO is as dodgy as they come, i have spoken with him in the past when he was CEO of Encore, he is a liar, he said he wanted to retire after Encore, he is at it again, very arrogant man. he holds shareholders in very low esteem. | therealdeal5 |
