Updated Major Holdings on TD Investment site

Told you they would, so why doesn't jamie Brookes holdings show the same? i don't know who you are or what your motives are here to keep saying they are the same holding, but i will have to just ignore what you say from here on in, i call people like you a shyster, now please stop posting rubbish, they are NOT i repeat NOT the same holdings. i would also like to point out that Haydn Gardner has 2 x lots of shares as well.

I don't think they only hold 86651883 in total ... i think they own 31% as stated in todays RNS ...but not the near 60% you stated in post 1334 above.

I agree not to take company websites as gospel ...but i would advise taking figures in a company annual report as the closest thing to gospel that we have. And that showed it is the same holding.

As of this years annual report i would expect it say that JB and Hendersons both own 31% (on current figures!)

Taken from Lochards own site, it is a year out of date, it is criminal that they haven't updated it, be careful to not take what you see on a companies site as gospel,

thedudie that was almost a year ago, Hendersons have been buying since then, everyone knows that, i suggest you do take not eof TD Investments Major Shareholders notifications, i can't believe you think that they only hold 86651883 in total, we will have to agree to disagree on that, TD Investments would be up for putting out false info if that was the case, i take TD's word for it, alot of companies sites are now out of date, they don't bother to update their sites that Lochard one is out of date if it still shows that,

I meant why would you take TD's word for it when Lochard own words contradict it....and you.
Hendersons have taken management of the svm global trust fund due to the poor performance of the previous management hence their increase today. Hendersons haven't bought any -- they just have more under their control.

No doubt TD will amend JBs "holding" when the company publishes the list of holdings .... with their annual results.

I repeat .....at July last year they both had 86651883 shares --- (edited to show correct number - not 86851883)

These are not the same holdings, they are different numbers here, how on earth can they be the same holding? where is the other 29% then if hendersons don't hold them? lol i suggest you look into this more carefully especially if you have money invested here,

thedudie, i'm sure you mean well but why would i take TD's word for it did you really just say that? lol, of course i take what they say for real, do i gnore the RNS today as well they issued about Hendersons increasing their holdings here? honestly look at the Major shareholders here, it lists all of them individually, they have put so many in jamie Brooke's name as he is an employee, he doesn't hold as many as hendersons now, TD will probably update that later today, it will most certainly show Hendersons holding 31% tomorrow and Jamie Brooke holding the same as they do today, i don't need to look at the Lochard report. cheers anyway.

therealdeal5 -- read the lochard report above pdf pages 26 and 27 (or document pages 20 and 21)
At July last year they both had 86851883 shares..... some coincidence eh?

Read the note 3 under the table of Directors interests Page 26/20 - it says "funds managed by hendersons have an interest ...as shown above."


Why would you take TD Is word for it? Read the company statement.


JB is a non-exec director representing hendersons on the board....wouldn't you want to look after your 90million share investment?

edit...even look at the company website -- although a bit out of date it still only lists Hendersons...

thedudie are you telling me that they only own 31% between them? i am saying that Hendersons own 31% & jamie Brooke owns 28.99% how do you explain this break down then on TD Investment site? you are wrong mate, i advise you to check again

Therealdeal5 ... the Jamie Brooke & Hendersons shares are the same shares...they own (after today) 31% ...NOT 59.99%

Read the report from last year - pages 26 and 27.
They are the same shares.



They are listed as related because Jamie Brooke works for Hendersons....

W I agree but in these markets combined with the fact lhd want to sell I would expect as many 9 to 10p. Henderson want a profit as well !

If lhd had been in the same place a year earlier in those different markets 15p easy

BoD must act in shareholders' interest, ut. Henderson will appoint someone who will if someone isn't up to the fight.

That's the best thing about today's TR-1, Henderson control almost a third.

Wbodger, thing is time isn't on our side, as it seems BOD want to get rid of LHD this year so we will probably never know what the recoverable amount is.

Not to me ut. If Athena pumps anywhere near 18 mmbo in the end, there remain 14 mmbo to recover. Even with the Gemini loan taking care of itself, 8% of 14 mmbo should net a buyer 60 million dollars, assuming there are tax write-offs. Offer 10 pence per share (£30 million) and there is still a £10 million difference (ie potential profit to a buyer).

This field is performing well. No need to give it away.

yep they were buying chunks at 15p and more....

Based on where we are now 9p still looks reasonable. I'd like to see some RNS's though confirming operator and debt repayment.

Sea yes all I know is the average is around 9p now don't forget they hold from way higher prices !
