Sept 2012 RNS are you serious? are you teling me there has been no RNS's you would like to share with us since then? who are you? & what is your motive here? | therealdeal5
21/5/2013 08:00 | I can read, it says he has a beneficial interest in the company that's all, it is stating his position he has to declare his interest as an employee of Hendersons, now a year later Hendersons hold 0ver 31% where as jamie Brooks holdings are less than Hendersons, do not speak to me again about this, you believe what you want fella, if you haven't got your head round it that's your problem, i suggest you call your Broker & ask him, | therealdeal5

21/5/2013 07:53 | Therealdeal5, why do you persist to double count the same holding re Jamie Brooke and Henderson Global ? LHD Reminder from 12th September 2012 Note 1: James Brooke's interest relates to his position as investment manager with Henderson Global Investors Limited which holds 86,651,883 shares in Lochard | giant steps

19/5/2013 08:29 | Cheers W Good summery I am very bullish now on lhd however there may be a dip mid week but really it's short term but agree most Auz holders would have sold or keeping holdings. | falklands
18/5/2013 13:35 | F: As I understand it the ASX listing ended 14/4 and Oz holders have been trading CDIs on AIM since then. ASX rules require that facility to be made available for three months minimum, 15/7/2013, during which Oz holders will change their holdings to CDIs. There's not been any bad news to trigger Oz CDI sales in particular, so I suspect Oz holders will be keepers. (Also only 6.5% of the shares in issue were registered in Oz.) Btw. Close sold 1.23 million between 16 January and 14 March. Most were sold between 4.5 and 5.5 pence. They had under 2% after their last TR-1. It's reasonable to suppose they were sellers when the price went over 5.5 again on Thursday/Friday and may take any bid over 6p. That might explain Friday's weakness? Just surmise. | wbodger
17/5/2013 11:58 | I saw that UT could be sell hence weakness today | falklands
17/5/2013 11:57 | Anybody thought about Auz delisting next week could there be a flood of shares on the Market next week around 23rd ? Remember for 3 months can sell only on aim post 22nd if I recall. | falklands
17/5/2013 11:54 | another 1 million buy from last night late reported today at 5.625. | utrecht_00
17/5/2013 10:17 | Realdeal- yes it would, but it would also significantly increase the recoverable barrels which is what's really used in any takeover calculation as you know. Certainly with the share price at 5.5p or thereabouts its clear no cheap deal at 6-6.5p can be done which was a distinct possibility when the share price was under 4 p. | utrecht_00
17/5/2013 09:42 | utrecht i would be over the moon with 9p fella, lol to increase recovery flow would cost more though wouldn't it? so any cash we had comin g in would be taken by that cost. | therealdeal5
17/5/2013 09:24 | And the potential to increase recovery flow. I still think we are looking at 9p per share. However, every month there is around $1.5mm coming into the bank so who knows maybe more. All looking good. | utrecht_00
17/5/2013 09:12 | utrecht looking that way, next month it will be alot clearer for all, at least Aussies wil be finished, then we can move forward, they delayed that Aussie delisting deliberately in the hope we would hit water before that finished, looks like they can't do anything about that oil coming through, as much as they would like to, who ever is waiting in the back ground to swoop on LHD must be going Mad about the dry oil, lol | therealdeal5 |
