06/2/2021 01:02 | Possible Brut but I'd be surprised. I would hope to see a few days stability around here and then start a run northwards again, touch wood. The legal action thing is a bit of a risk, but the key thing for me is them saying no cash needed for 2021, and seeing revenues hopefully growing nicely. £4M cap seems too cheap to me, I would think around 1.5 - 2p is fair value in advance of further news. Just my view anyway, no advice intended etc | cyberbub
05/2/2021 22:00 | Wouldn't be surprised if they reach 0.6ish before they set off again, as long the bottom is established doesn't really matter. GLA | brut winky
05/2/2021 16:10 | Possibly yes. It's hard to tell what's going on behind the scenes. We will have to find out sooner or later though, because even an out of court settlement has to have a financial value attached to it. If it isn't declared immediately then it will appear in the accounts of one company or the other eventually.Blis would be badly damaged by LSAI winning the claim. However we would probably be wiped out if we lost. I guess it comes down to how much we trust Mark Slade and the info in the RNS of 14 Dec. It seemed pretty detailed and convincing to me.GLA NAI | cyberbub
05/2/2021 15:56 | Maybe they are at a delicate stage with Blis | bradwellbasher
05/2/2021 15:04 | I've just re-read the RNS of 14 Dec. It seems very clear and convincing on LSAI's part IMO, especially the bits about Blis being the only data supplier who had had (or created?) these issues. By issuing a defamation claim against LSAI, Blis seem to be upping the ante, and perhaps trying to cow us (a much smaller company) into retreat? The problem with upping the ante is that if we call Blis's bluff and win, they could suffer a major blow - I would expect heads to roll. The same would happen if Blis withdrew their pre-action letter, as it would clearly indicate their acceptance of our case. The problem for us of course is whether we have the resources to defend a complex legal action - and I suppose Blis know that...NAI DYOR | cyberbub
05/2/2021 14:41 | Yes let's see. Perhaps an update on revenues starting to flow from the contracts signed last year? I hope we might be able to foresee approaching breakeven by the end of 2021?We do also need an update on the legal action.NAI | cyberbub
05/2/2021 14:36 | Trading update due here and I hope is good? | jungmana
05/2/2021 13:04 | Bit surprised to see such a dip today. I guess it's a Friday and perhaps small punters are cashing in. | cyberbub
05/2/2021 12:38 | I think the MMs are fishing for stops to fill buy orders? | cyberbub
05/2/2021 11:10 | Where is this trading update? Anyone contacted the company about the late January indication? | 1maxreward
04/2/2021 19:42 | Healthy dip before next leg up. | fund1
03/2/2021 16:44 | Yep, I guess after such a steep rise the odd "buying opp" day is to be expected... | richie32
03/2/2021 16:27 | S'pose this a buying opp | mashman
03/2/2021 12:06 | Yet another reason posted above by Cyberbub. Thanks | sunshine today
03/2/2021 12:01 | Spob, a large Canadian insti holder dumped their 10% holding in mid-December (probably 'window dressing' for the end of their financial year). It then took 5-6 weeks for the share price to leave the bottom created. The company's statement that they now have enough cash to see them through 2022 will have helped (= no imminent placing), as well as the growing realisation that the company has a valuable service which should do very well over time and had only a £2M cap.... So I don't think there was 'one' trigger but it just reached the stage where there were no more sellers! Still only has a £5m cap... NAI | cyberbub |
