09/1/2019 12:09 | Stonedyou, No you get your own thread! This thread was created in 2004 by Broadwood for discussions on Lloyd’s Banking Group shares and investments. Many of us have been posting here since inception and are not using the forum as you are. Discussions focused on P/e, profit, debt, shorting interest, PPI, Court proceedings that might affect investments, future growth etc etc👍 £ related comments as it is a financial bb. | utyinv
09/1/2019 11:58 | UtyINV - Get your own thread....You and minerve are made for each other. Say one thing, then distort it, then lecture everybody that what you say and do is right.....Actually just like 16 million remainers have done.... | stonedyou
09/1/2019 11:52 | minerve - Hey, you lying son of a DOG you filtered me.....You didn`t ah ah ah ah ah You can`t trust a liar!!!!!! | stonedyou
09/1/2019 11:50 | Pooroldboy55 I wasn’t advocating staying in the EU. IMV the unelected bureaucrats in Brussels need to be removed for Europe’s sake. But a deal that honours the electorates vote whilst still accepting the 48% ( and rising due to natural attrition ) who voted to remain will benefit the young’s Future prospects. Anyway, this is not the forum for debating this subject at such length. As stated, a brief comment about the benefits on leaving or remaining on the Lloyds share price is what this bb should focus on. Other than that, how is Lloyd’s business doing ? What are the prospects when the scourge of PPI is a thing of the past? Will the divi rise ? Bearing in mind that if Lloyd’s has spent £20 billion ( Conservative view) on PPI over the past 9 years then if this money was given to the owners of the bank, ie shareholders that would equate to a divi of 28p / share. That is 3.1p extra per share ( very crude calc) and with a current consensus of 3.5p / share there are many who believe that after 2019 divi’s Should range 6.5p to 7p / share. This is the sort of analysis, evaluation and comment this bb was created for. | utyinv
09/1/2019 11:49 | Youth Unemployment figures in this country should be completely disregarded, simply because we mask the reality by sending them all to Colleges to do completely nonsensical courses which are of no use in the real world. The ones who don't go to college end up in the "gig" economy delivering Pizzas and Burgers. If only the true stats were known......... | ladeside
09/1/2019 11:44 | BBC just confirmed that the amendment HAS been selected for debate this afternoon. Potentially, it opens the door for Parliament to take total control. Norman Smith says it could be a hammer blow to No.10. | polar fox
09/1/2019 11:38 | UtyINV - You are a wind up merchant trying to divert attention....Sorry sir it won`t do.....Look what chanting means!! Hardly anybody can do that on this medium.....Go away and take mike the dummer with you.....There`s a good chap.... | stonedyou
09/1/2019 11:32 | The youth will benefit so how do you explain the very high youth unemployment up 40% in some countries ? lots of them come here to find work. | pooroldboy55
09/1/2019 11:14 | Poikka, My previous comment posted once and not reiterated every minute of every day, was trying to put some balance into what is becoming an obsession with some. Let’s stick to Lloyd’s Banking Group investments, a nice divi and hopefully looking to events later this year when PPI will become history.👍 | utyinv
09/1/2019 11:11 | BREAKING: John Bercow has selected the Grieve amendment. Prepare for fireworks. That's a tweet. BBC saying they are hearing the same. This is the amendment I posted about earlier today. | polar fox
09/1/2019 11:07 | Stonedyou, Please stick to Lloyd’s Investment comments. In about a month’s time the Final results will be published and many on here have a vested interest. As for talking b....K’s, revisit your history books! My political reference was NOT opening a debate just stating a fact that we should all learn by. All your constant chanting posts are typical of what is fuelling hatred, xenophobia and unrest in our society. This is NOT the forum to view your political bias. Please stick to Investment comments related to Lloyd’s Banking Group. | utyinv
09/1/2019 11:06 | Uty - you're as bad as the rest of us, m8, so don't get high and mighty on here. Quote - "Just trying to highlight that extremes are no good for anyone. I voted remain but believe the people voted to Leave and we must honour that. However, 48% voted to remain and we need to respect that. Yes if we have a good deal the Young WILL benefit from Brexit but if itâ€T Etc., etc. | poikka
09/1/2019 10:58 | Mike you got two green ticks....Oh what Oh!!! Ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah | stonedyou
