Nice one, xxxxxy. Trying to figure out what the £12bn, rising to £18bn if we don't get out fast, actually gets us.

Fed less dovish than expected. FF rate +25bps. Two rate rises pencilled in for next year and another for 2020. Gingerman won't be pleased at being defied.

UK to stay in Common Transit Convention
By JOHNREDWOOD | Published: DECEMBER 19, 2018
The government announced this means “simplified cross border trade for UK businesses exporting their goods”. “It will provide cashflow benefits to traders and aid trade flow at key points of entry …….. traders will only have to make customs declarations and pay import duties when they arrive at their final destination.” How about some apologies from all those who said border friction would b e very damaging?

474 I'd have a lot of sympathy for her on the speeding charge alone. 41mph in a 30mph zone in a village - we all know what that means. The 60mph countryside limit changes suddenly to 30mph with very little notice. I bet most of us have fallen foul of that (not me, of course).

But texting? I regard that as much worse than drink driving. Throw the book at her.

It is terrible when old vulnerable people are taken advantage of.
That is how the leave campaign succeeded in the referendum .

Going back a bit.

Graham - "A little harsh, Poikka, don't you think? With a lot of elderly people it doesn't even cross their mind that they are being robbed - they get a bill, they pay the bill."

Couple of things there, Graham: I was referring to the bloke in question who'd been coughing-up since he was 41 without bothering to check elsewhere when even my dead cat knew that you should; secondly, most elderly and vulnerable have someone who helps them out - as you did, and finally, yes there are those who have been and are taken advantage of.

Btw, the last time that I bought travel insurance, which was recently, I found a much better deal than that which was available through the get-a-better-deal sites.

You are totally missing my point, and also implying you know my political leaning, which is doubly foolish. My issue is that he is compounding the error by looking us all in the face and lying and thereby treating us with contempt, I see he is in a position to get away with that with certain people.I came on the BB to look at what is being said about this share so with respect to others doing the same thing I won't continue this thread. If you wish to respond then do so, I won't be dropping by for a few days by which our discussion will be a distant memory

If you don't care what the leader of HM Opposition said then you are a fool and you get the politics you deserve. As for the snowflake comment, very witty. Stick to the stock picking, you're out of your depth

So you agree he said it? Only the blinkered appear to be saying he didn't. In this day and age he's 'stupid' to think he hasn't got to apologise for that remark. Ask Dianne, she'll explain it

Retweet by LauraK @BBC. Notice the timing, right around the POSSIBLE vote, if it isn't pulled again:

I’m told HMG now readying a mass consumer campaign to get people ready for no deal #Brexit - full blown consumer website and campaign ready for mid January.

If he confessed to the phonetically obvious movement of his lips, and apologized just for the sake of it, he may be believed on his anti Semitic rhetoric denial.
