MOSCOW, February 10. /TASS/. Russian forces struck Ukrainian military airfields over the past day in the special military operation in Ukraine, Russia’s Defense Ministry reported on Monday.
"Operational/tactical aircraft, attack unmanned aerial vehicles, missile troops and artillery of the Russian groups of forces struck the infrastructure of military airfields and amassed enemy manpower and equipment in 142 areas," the ministry said in a statement.

Russia’s Battlegroup North inflicted roughly 25 casualties on Ukrainian troops and destroyed an enemy electronic warfare station in its area of responsibility in the Kharkov Region over the past day, the ministry reported.
"Battlegroup North units operating in the Kharkov direction inflicted damage on manpower and equipment of a territorial defense brigade and a National Guard brigade in areas near the settlements of Zhovtnevoye and Sinelnikovo in the Kharkov Region," the ministry said.
The Ukrainian army lost an estimated 25 personnel, an artillery gun and an electronic warfare station in that frontline area over the past 24 hours, it specified.

Russia’s Battlegroup West inflicted roughly 190 casualties on Ukrainian troops and destroyed two enemy tanks in its area of responsibility over the past day, the ministry reported.
"Battlegroup West units improved their tactical position and inflicted damage on manpower and equipment of two mechanized brigades, an airborne brigade, a mountain assault brigade and a jaeger brigade of the Ukrainian army and a territorial defense brigade in areas near the settlements of Zelyony Gai, Petropavlovka, Novoplatonovka and Boguslavka in the Kharkov Region, Yampol, Serebryanka and Zvanovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic," the ministry said.
The Ukrainian army’s losses in that frontline area over the past 24 hours amounted to 190 personnel, two tanks, two armored combat vehicles and four motor vehicles, it specified.
In addition, Russian forces destroyed three field artillery guns, two ammunition depots and an Anklav-N electronic warfare station of the Ukrainian army, it said.

Russia’s Battlegroup South inflicted roughly 160 casualties on Ukrainian troops and destroyed two US-made armored vehicles in its area of responsibility over the past day, the ministry reported.
"Battlegroup South units gained better lines and positions and inflicted losses on formations of three mechanized brigades of the Ukrainian army in areas near the settlements of Minkovka, Seversk, Chasov Yar and Predtechino in the Donetsk People’s Republic," the ministry said.
The Ukrainian army lost an estimated 160 personnel, three armored combat vehicles, including two US-made M113 armored personnel carriers and two motor vehicles in that frontline area over the past 24 hours, it specified.

The Ukrainian army’s losses in that frontline area over the past 24 hours amounted to 525 personnel and three armored combat vehicles, including a US-made M1117 armored personnel carrier, it specified.
In addition, Russian forces destroyed five artillery guns, six motor vehicles and a US-made AN/TPQ-36 counterbattery radar station of the Ukrainian army, it said.

Russia’s Battlegroup East inflicted roughly 125 casualties on Ukrainian troops and destroyed three enemy artillery guns in its area of responsibility over the past day, the ministry reported.
"Battlegroup East units improved their frontline positions and inflicted damage on manpower and equipment of two mechanized brigades and a tank brigade of the Ukrainian army and two territorial defense brigades in areas near the settlements of Vremevka, Novosyolka, Burlatskoye, Novopol and Skudnoye in the Donetsk People’s Republic and Gulyaipole in the Zaporozhye Region," the ministry said.
The Ukrainian army lost an estimated 125 personnel, a US-made M113 armored personnel carrier, three motor vehicles and three field artillery guns in that frontline area over the past 24 hours, it specified.

Russia’s Battlegroup Dnepr inflicted roughly 80 casualties on Ukrainian troops and destroyed three enemy ammunition depots in its area of responsibility over the past day, the ministry reported.
"Battlegroup Dnepr units inflicted casualties on formations of two mechanized brigades and a coastal defense brigade of the Ukrainian army and two territorial defense brigades in areas near the settlements of Novoandreyevka, Kamenskoye and Stepnogorsk in the Zaporozhye Region and Berislav in the Kherson Region," the ministry said.
The Ukrainian army’s losses in that frontline area over the past 24 hours amounted to 80 personnel, two artillery guns and three motor vehicles, it specified.
In addition, Russian forces destroyed a radar station and three ammunition depots of the Ukrainian army, it said.
Russian air defenses destroy 51 Ukrainian UAVs, three HIMARS rockets over past day
Russian air defense forces shot down 51 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and three HIMARS rockets over the past day, the ministry reported.
"Air defense capabilities shot down three rockets of the US-made HIMARS multiple launch rocket system, a French-made Hammer guided aerial bomb, a rocket of the Uragan multiple launch rocket system and 51 fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles," the ministry said.
Overall, the Russian Armed Forces have destroyed 653 Ukrainian warplanes, 283 helicopters, 42,851 unmanned aerial vehicles, 592 surface-to-air missile systems, 21,278 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 1,514 multiple rocket launchers, 21,477 field artillery guns and mortars and 31,438 special military motor vehicles since the start of the special military operation, the ministry reported. |
