07/1/2021 19:50 | For me, the banks have always been trading shares because of the cyclic nature of them. | joestalin
07/1/2021 19:48 | Action. I have been watching and trading Lloyds for over 20-years now. My conclusion is that shares are very sentiment driven, more so than you would think. Some like the FANGS and Tesla are regarded as a good thing and can do no wrong, rising and rising until they eventually become too expensive and run out of steam. Others like Lloyds always seem to have sentiment against them, they are soggy and tend to sink in the absence of continuous stimulus, being heavily traded by weak retail holders and shorted by the hedge funds, and every rise tends to be sold into. We should welcome this because it leads to undervalued opportunities and it's one of the only chances we get to make above average returns. But sentiment can turn. I have seen this happen numerous times with Lloyds. Suddenly and usually without apparent reason the share price will drop substantially - (shorting?), and will then start to rise and there is a scramble to get on board. The share price will often then rise to a level beyond what seems reasonable. Over and over again on these occasions I have sold out too early and missed major gains. You can believe all this or not, I don't really care. Perhaps I have come to the wrong conclusion: got it all wrong and the share price won't behave like this in the future. We all have to trade on what we believe and see. It's still a bargain though. | cobourg1
07/1/2021 19:27 | Boris said it but the loonies here can't - you people really are unbelievable: you chant democracy unrelentingly regards Brexit but the other regards Trump's loss .... amazing | aceuk
07/1/2021 19:21 | How The BANKS Will Use The Great Reset To Destroy You This guy has nailed it. Great Reset is coming. So many sheeple are woefully prepared for the tsunami that is coming. | geckotheglorious
07/1/2021 19:20 | Poikka "Workers had finished counting all the ballots they had except absentee ballots received on election day, Mr Sterling, a Republican, added" Oh you mean like all those "ballots" pulled from under tables at 3-4am when everyone had gone home! You're being played. Ask yourself why? Great Reset is why. | geckotheglorious
07/1/2021 19:17 | Poikka, BBC a credible source? After their Brexit lies of the last 4.5 years!!! Laughable. | geckotheglorious
07/1/2021 19:14 | Why Was Founder Of Far-Left BLM Group Filming Inside Capitol As Police Shot Protester? Smells of a Left stitch up -just as those Antifa/BLM riots disappeared all of a sudden. Funny that. "Sullivan isn't the only leftist believed to have been part of Wednesday's 'insurrection,' as internet sleuths have produced unconfirmed evidence that several of those pictured taking 'trophy shots' in the Capitol were in fact Antifa" Nope no Left wing stitch up. This is classic propaganda by the LEFT and you sheeple are falling for it. | geckotheglorious
07/1/2021 19:01 | Georgia voting theories debunked. Only read this if you are capable of believing facts. | poikka

07/1/2021 18:20 | Diku Was the Democrats in control in the voting stations when comes to this election. Was Democrats who encourage voters to vote both ways by postal and by turning at the voting station... and so on. Was the democrats who refuses access to Republicans to keep an eye on vote counting... and so on and on.. Trump votes was real, it caught democrats by surprise, that's why they stop the counting for a few hours overnight.... but no one can say the same for votes to Democrats and sleeping Joe. | k38
07/1/2021 18:13 | Lest we forget! "For me, Lloyds offers one of the highest exposures to post-pandemic recovery, yet at relatively low risk. Although it will make a loss in 2020 and pays no dividend at present, this will change in 2021. News of the resumption of quarterly cash dividends could come as soon as next month. When dividends return, these shares will look much more attractive. And this news should inject new life into the Lloyds share price. Finally, Lloyds has a rock-solid balance sheet stuffed with low-risk home mortgages. Thus, for me, it’s a one-way bet on recovery. That’s why I’d happily buy these shares today, ideally inside my ISA, to enjoy a lifetime of tax-free dividends and capital gains!" Motley Fool I know this will be immediately sneered at by the one line smart Alecs, but it's also my view and is why I am fully invested in Lloyds. | cobourg1
07/1/2021 18:13 | G&GFrom the time social (my #rs) media took over our lives, the meaning of family, friends, community.. all gone out of the window. Social media is the new way to pass their ideas, messages and control ordinary people.Look the power that idiot Mark Zuckerberg...He and a few others like Google, Soros and so on, control all the power in the world. "I have 1000 friends or.. followers.."Really? any idea who they are? | k38
07/1/2021 18:09 | So the US has 75 million idiots. No surprise there. Sour losers aren't they. | minerve 2
07/1/2021 18:08 | Well it was a heavily contested election and the turn out was going to be top heavy...hence the early voting due to Covid and voters saw Trump's true colours over the last 3 years...but why is nobody questioning 75 million votes Trump got?...only questioning the amount Biden votes... Let's start by saying, no other president in history won a second term with record votes like Trump, 75 millions | diku
07/1/2021 17:30 | Johnny, Minerve is a woman. You just need to read through their tripe to realise that. Only a woman would be so bitter and twisted and demand Brexit be overturned many years after the vote!!!!!!! Just review their female posting style outside of the odd machismo vulgarity to appear masculine. | geckotheglorious
07/1/2021 17:18 | Nicola stripped Trump of Ambassador status a few years back . Minerve 27 Jan '21 - 12:54 - 328037 of 328077 0 1 1 I agree bob but they need to be doing it regularly and before the horse has bolted. If they don't it just looks like they are jumping on the convenient bandwagon of virtue signalling in attempt to score more political brownie points. They all have had plenty of opportunity to denounce Trump's inciting of violence | bargainbob
07/1/2021 17:18 | Eku 'Minerve' is the correct spelling. I'm not a climate change denier, although if you are looking for some you have come to the right place. :) | minerve 2 |
