G2 - you really do slice and dice your words:

- what do I believe is best for the country IMO - a deal. Ideal target a win/win.

- what do I believe that is best for my investment focus - take advantage from the uncertainty and go bearish on GBP with my main funds - the bite sized bullish GBP position was closed out last Friday as posted.

This has been a crystal clear transparency and consistently followed for the past 4 years.

Don't blame me that you had a different opinion. Save your blame for the future.

Last time I looked the WTO doesn't require us to accept their rules over how we govern ourselves outside of trade. Nor does it require a £15bn+ net fee each year. Nor does it require us to abide by a certain Immigration policy. Nor does it control our fishing waters. Nor does it determine our economic, or social policy.

EU rules vs WTO rules. They are, clearly, of differing impact on UK Sovereignty.
One requires vassalage, the other does not.

Trouble with Boris is that he just a clown and likes to see his face in the limelight. Making things up when he hasn't a clue about the consequences. The present situation and its cost to the country shows that he is clueless about most things he says and promises. PPE, world beating track and trace, easy deal for Brexit are all a shambles. Thousands of millions of £ wasted by putting ministers in charge who have no idea what they are doing, the list is endless and no doubt will cost us all millions more in the coming months. imo.

Stewart,
Yes, agree. I'd give Hilly Benn, and Gina Miller medals. Ditto Lord Adonis.
Then banish them to the Tower for the rest of their miserable lives.

Dominic Grieve should get the punishment fit the crime.
His crime:Treason.

Markets have consistently got things wrong. Referendum. General Election. Exit deal. The juvenile scribblers of today aren't as smart as they think they are. But, then, that's nothing new.
