Smartypans.. you have the name but not the brain. I don't hear you buying just under 28p and selling at 33.5 .... let us know when you buy and sell. I bet is going to be a lot of fun. This is the time when a buy and sell trades are making their money. A lot of ups and downs.. and lot of bus stops before we see the old price. ( The long holders have nothing to fear and no risks like the day traders )

The government will not come clean on their Exit Strategy because either they haven't got one or to most it is morally unacceptable. I suspect the latter. Rather than test and trace with restraints on the economy they would rather get back to normality and see a percentage of the vulnerable - and that includes children and teenagers by the way - perish.

Self realisation at last minny, well done. Yes, you are right to align yourself with smuttypants, you have found your intellectual equal.

Yeah minny, they need a committee on ventilator efficacy to thoroughly look into what a ventilator should do, and report back in six months. Then ask for comments rom intrested parties, then come up with a requirements spec, Send out requests for designs, give em six months. Then the winning design farmed out to china to produce a few million - all could be delivered within 3 years at the latest. No hurry.

vaccination must be difficult.
They are trying to develop a vaccine that is powerful enough to destroy the virus, yet at the same time not destroy anything else.

Remember thalidomide?
A drug to ease the pain of pregnancy resulted in badly deformed babies. Tragic.
All because it was not trialled for long enough periods.

It takes time.
Jumping into a furnace kills the virus, but it kills you at the same time.
It seems almost impossible.
They still do not have an aids vaccine.

smuttypants, there's no 'h' in pierre, and even if there were, it would be silent as it is in all french words with an 'h'.

You need to work on your twisting of handles imv. It's single entendre or even nilentendre, and pretty poor even allowing for that. Peahair?

"The minimum specification for the UK’s homegrown hospital ventilator programme will not produce machines suitable for treating coronavirus patients, the head of the largest organisation for critical care medical professionals has said.

Alison Pittard, the dean of the Faculty of Intensive Care Medicine, the professional body for intensive care practitioners, said the government’s request for ventilators that would — at a minimum — stabilise patients “for a few hours” was not in line with what was requested by medical experts last month."

Perhaps Ugly Oracle Cummings knows how to care better. LOL

This is a real De Piffle FUBAR and people are dying due to incompetence.
