The new proposed EU budget sees massive increase in contributions . Austria and Netherlands doubled and Germany rises from 16B to 26B to fillthe Brexit short fall. Sorry but can't stop laughing :D

Blimey, that's 47 posts from Minnie, today! That's surpassed his previous record of yesterday, and the day's not yet over.

Don't feed him, boys and girls. I've put him on filter, again, or should that be 'quarantine'.

Who's the judge? ➡️ The judge is God.
Why is he God? ➡️ Because he decides who wins or loses, not my opponent.
Who is your opponent? ➡️ He doesn't exist.
Why does he not exist? ➡️ He's merely a dissenting voice to the truth I speak.

Just try to maintain my head which is very, very difficult in such circumstances. I have been everywhere I can think of for help and many places I could not think of!

In the end it is possible I might get some help from just about the last place I would ever have thought of but it is not surefire.

I have been in one or two tricky situations in my life but was young enough then not to bother, the walk away option is easy. Not so in middle age!

It's time to move on.. BBC, politically incorrect, has to go private. They can change their name to.." Brussels Broadcasting Corporation" if they want too.

To all you dissenters, if you feel hard done by BBC production, do something more than bleating about a licence fee that funds "The Most Excellent Service" that clearly has passed you by!
Taking you to the water but can't make you drink!

No maxk, not really. Micro family business with no overall control since the main man passed on .... ends up 2 versus 1 and very nasty

If ever there were a good advert for sorting out the succession in the years before .... but then the main man was never going anywhere and in any case expected that his family "would act sensibly".

Very, very sad

Thought I'd listen to Radio 4's World at One, today. Sarah Montague was in her usual form, however, desperately trying to get interviewees to say something negative about our government.

She twice tried to get a nurse, who'd been in quarantine after returning from China, to agree that our government had been at fault, or lax - and failed. She was far more interested in trying to do down the government than in the state/progress of the virus.

That's the sort of interviewing that's put me off the BBC news, and that's why the BBC is under the cosh. And it's a bloody disgrace, because it was once a world-renowned institution!

Can you lay it out a bit more Ace?

Losing the lot sounds very drastic.
