Well, Boris has done the biz, and by some margin.

Of course, it's a double edged sword .. with such a large majority, there can be no further delays.

Get it done!

More or less going to plan.PatientCapital - 13 Jun 2019 - 14:08:06 - 261381 of 286374 Black Beauty: A Recovering Quadruped - LLOYA snap election is the way forward for Johnson providing his ratings remain good and assuming he becomes the PM. A mandate coupled with a decent majority would transform the situation. Everyone knows it including Bruxelles.

Jane, hopefully the days of unemployed Grimsby fishermen staring past their deserted docks, once home to several hundred trawlers, into the sea where half a mile away they watch French and Spanish trawlers hauling tons of cod and throwing it all back dead, are well and truly over.

Its the strong pound dunnit. Look at FTSE250 futures(more exposed to UK economy than FTSE100 that mainly earns in foreign currency) FTSE250 futures now up about 2%

I remember on here many moons ago someone saying Boris shouldn't be Tory leader because he was an oaf. I replied that an oaf may appeal to electors after the staid crop of wally leaders we have had in this country over the last 30 years. I expected his appeal to be high, but not to this fantastic extent. Well done Boris.
