According to the Attorney General, if MPs vote for the May deal, they may be voting against the human rights of Northern Irish citizens, (from yesterday’s Guardian):
‘Geoffrey Cox is facing a backlash in Brussels and Dublin after claiming the Irish backstop posed a risk to the human rights of people in Northern Ireland.’
‘In the latest round of negotiations in Brussels, the attorney general told Michel Barnier, the EU’s chief negotiator, the arrangement could potentially breach the European convention on human rights (ECHR).’

Also, the backstop may be in breach Article 1 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR)in that it states that the UK cannot leave the customs backstop without the permission of the EU. Additionally, any breach of the ICCPR can be subject to judicial review.
From Brexit Central 18 November 1918:
Article 1
1. All peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.

17+ MILLION VOTED TO LEAVE

17 million is a big political movement and has significant purchasing power. Time to start to think about using this.

And there are Dutch bulbs to think about. Dutch Tulips
REALLY THINK HARD BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING from EUSSR
Spanish holiday. Irish holiday. French wine. Belgian chocolate. Think. Etc

The People, at least 17 million can act as well as Parliament.

People. Gloves off. Time to BOYCOTT the EU. The Elite have crushed and twisted and swindled our Democracy. But the People have teeth too and it is time to bare them,

This 'Withdrawal Agreement' cobbled together by May and a two-faced Conservative Party is trying to fob off the The Referendum Result and sell this 'agreement' with Fear.

But in effect it is REMAIN all dressed up in new clothing and method. This will never be harmonious, and now may be the time to consider various campaigns such as whether to buy German cars for example. 17 million voted against staying in the EU. That is a lot of buying power. Think before buy now.

Campaign. The politicians have not listened. The Economic War. THE PEOPLE RULE OK!

German cars and apes

German cars unfinished business

And there is the consideration of Continental European wine. Many fine and exciting wines found outside Europe.

The EUSSR has stated publicly it wants to HURT the UK. We too can HURT the EUSSR too, particularly Germany and Vichy France. Spanish holiday. Irish holiday. French wine. Belgian chocolate. Think.

The People can vote and not be listened to. BUT THE PEOPLE CAN ACT . Think before buying from the EUSSR

Pass it on. BOYCOTT the EUSSR. Tusck wants us to go to Hell – the very Gestapo and Mafia thinking that still lies at the heart of the EUSSR

Pass it on.

“WE WANT TO BE FREE” – BY ANNE MARIE MORRIS MP
“The Prime Minister and Mr Speaker are not above the law.”
ERG member takes no prisoners in hard-hitting article, exclusively for Brexit Facts4EU.Org

Guest article by Anne Marie Morris MP
“Delivering Brexit isn’t just about removing or neutralising the backstop.
With or without the backstop this deal on the table does not deliver back our sovereignty or leave us free to realise our free trading ambitions. No legal proposal however well intended or effectively drafted will do that.
We can get a deal and a good free trade deal after we have left - not only with America, Australia and our Commonwealth friends around the world but also in Asia, South America - and Europe. But as George Eustice said in his resignation letter, we must leave on 29 March.
Why are Brexiteer MPs seemingly so willing to accept this deal even though they don’t like it?
They have fallen for project fear. Mrs May has developed the catchy phrase – ‘it’s my deal, no deal or no Brexit’. She invented the no Brexit phrase. She has built a belief that somehow Parliament, probably with a little help from Mr Speaker, can undermine any form of leaving other than on her terms.
The Prime Minister and Mr Speaker are not above the law.
Only primary legislation can change Article 50 and our withdrawal on 29 March.
People are fed up with waiting. They want to leave on 29 March and they don’t want or need a transition period. We are as ready as we ever will be, as are our European counterparts. The United Kingdom is the fifth largest economy in the world, with a wealth of skill and talent the envy of our neighbours.
Why do we want to be hobbled by a Europe falling deeper into recession? We don’t.
We want to be free!”

To carve out N Ireland from the UK is an act of WAR by the EUSSR. And the EUSSR was so high and mighty about Russia and Crimea. The EUSSR is equally as corrupt and brutal except it has dressed up its actions in Sunday Best. The EUSSR heritage is the killing of 20 million Russians and Gestapo and Mafia and now it wants to do the same in N Ireland. That is an Act of War against the UK. EUSSR indeed is The Evil Empire. Merkel wanting to HURT the UK. Tusck wanting to send 17 million Leavers to Hell. Shadows of the Past coming through. LEAVE and WTO

I would prefer a system with more socialism and more of a meritocracy, that doesn't mean I want a socialist state. I just want a more moderate capitalism.

Eurozone gloom worsens with even German manufacturers struggling as ECB slashes

growth forecast to 1.1%

The stuttering eurozone economy is in worse shape than feared as manufacturers in

Germany and elsewhere in the region struggle, according to the European Central

Bank.

In a downbeat assessment of the outlook for the single currency bloc, the ECB

slashed its growth forecast for this year from 1.7 per cent to 1.1 per cent.

The central bank's president Mario Draghi insisted the probability of a full-blown

recession was 'very low', even though output in Italy is already shrinking.

But he added: 'We are in a period of continued weakness and pervasive uncertainty

The downgrades came just a day after the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development said it expects growth of just 1.3 per cent in France and 0.7 per cent in Germany this year.

It said the Italian economy was likely to contract by 0.2 per cent and Britain could also be plunged into recession if the country leaves the EU without a deal.

With a global trade war hitting confidence at a time when the German car industry

is struggling to adapt to upheaval in the car market and France is dealing with

the 'yellow vest' protesters, the ECB moved to breathe life into the moribund

eurozone economy.

The central bank said it would not raise interest rates until 2020 at the earliest

– later than its previous guidance of no move before the end of the summer.

And the ECB offered banks in the eurozone a new round of cheap loans in a bid to

avoid a credit crunch that would exacerbate the slowdown.

You are making a huge mistake if you think all Leavers are Hard-Brexiters. They aren't. So even a customs union would only kick-up a fuss in your underwear and not many others."

Firstly you're making the mistake that there is a Hard Brexit - there isnt. There is only Brexit or some form of Remain.

We voted LEAVE, not some sort of Remain you'll find luv.

Secondly you're making a similar mistake if you think all Remainers are HARD REMOANERS wanting full EU political union - this turns off 65% of those who voted Remain fyi. And the status quo wasnt on the ballot, just the slow grind to full political union - as you know!

As to

"So even a customs union would only kick-up a fuss in your underwear and not many others."

???? I go commando.

Suspect you'll be shocked at what happens if Brexit is overturned. Well you'll claim to be!!!!!

You can post as much as you like it isn't going to stop parliament from taking control of Brexit"

And it wont stop the body bags filling up either if they overturn Brexit

"and it isn't going to stop socialism from becoming more powerful"

Socialism always ends the same way.
Poverty for the masses, and mass murder.

"In 2004, Glenys Kinnock was caught up in an expenses scandal. Fellow MEP Hans-Peter Martin claimed to have caught 194 colleagues receiving the European Parliament's attendance allowance. Kinnock was among those MEPs whom Martin found and filmed leaving the building just moments after they had signed in for the day to qualify for their £175-a-day allowance, in addition to their £70,000 salaries as MEPs."

Should have had them all executed Poikka.

Let's see what happens on Tuesday's MA vote. If there's more fudge and delay and a vote to avoid no-deal, then the Brexit Party's membership will balloon - at least by 1, anyway..."

If it's "No DEAL" voted against, the clock will start ticking I fear on the first body bag.
Worrying times.

Overturning a demcoratic vote has consequences.
Surprised pillow biters on here dont realise that.

Most Brits respect Democracy and want the vote implemented - why? because to not do so sets a bloody bad precedent going forward.

Civil order only lasts whilst people think their votes count and if they're in the majority, their way will be what is implemented. For this reason they're willing to accept those times when they lose, and their way isnt pursued....because they know next time they have a chance.

Take that away = anarchy.
