MOSCOW, February 11. /TASS/. Russian troops liberated the community of Yasenovoye in the Donbass region over the past day in the special military operation in Ukraine, Russia’s Defense Ministry reported on Tuesday.
"Battlegroup Center units liberated the settlement of Yasenovoye in the Donetsk People’s Republic through decisive operations," the ministry said in a statement.

"Last night, the Russian Armed Forces delivered a combined strike by ground-based, airborne and sea-launched long-range precision weapons and attack unmanned aerial vehicles, hitting gas and power supply facilities of Ukraine’s military-industrial sector, the infrastructure of military airfields and the sites storing and preparing attack unmanned aerial vehicles for launch. The goals of the strike were achieved," the ministry said.
Russia’s Battlegroup North inflicts 20 casualties on Ukrainian army in Kharkov area
Russia’s Battlegroup North inflicted roughly 20 casualties on Ukrainian troops and destroyed an enemy ammunition depot in its area of responsibility in the Kharkov Region over the past day, the ministry reported.
"Battlegroup North units operating in the Kharkov direction inflicted damage on manpower and equipment of a tank brigade of the Ukrainian army and a territorial defense brigade in areas near the settlements of Veliky Burluk and Olkhovatka in the Kharkov Region," the ministry said.
The Ukrainian army lost an estimated 20 personnel, an armored combat vehicle and an artillery gun in that frontline area over the past 24 hours, it specified.
In addition, Russian forces destroyed an ammunition depot of the Ukrainian army, it said.
Russia’s Battlegroup West inflicts 215 casualties on Ukrainian army in past day
Russia’s Battlegroup West inflicted roughly 215 casualties on Ukrainian troops and destroyed two enemy tanks in its area of responsibility over the past day, the ministry reported.
"Battlegroup West units improved their tactical position and inflicted damage on manpower and equipment of three mechanized, a mountain assault and a jaeger brigade of the Ukrainian army and a territorial defense brigade near Druzhelyubovka, Zelyony Gai, Petropavlovka and Boguslavka in the Kharkov Region, Novolyubovka in the Lugansk People’s Republic, Yampolovka and Zvanovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic," the ministry said.
The Ukrainian army’s losses in that frontline area over the past 24 hours amounted to 215 personnel, two tanks, two US-made M113 armored personnel carriers, two motor vehicles and three field artillery guns, it specified.
In addition, Russian forces destroyed four ammunition depots and two electronic warfare stations of the Ukrainian army, it said.

Russia’s Battlegroup South inflicted roughly 210 casualties on Ukrainian troops and destroyed two US-made armored vehicles in its area of responsibility over the past day, the ministry reported.
"Battlegroup South units gained better lines and positions and inflicted losses on formations of three mechanized and a mountain assault brigade of the Ukrainian army in areas near the settlements of Katerinovka, Seversk, Chasov Yar and Predtechino in the Donetsk People’s Republic," the ministry said.
The Ukrainian army’s losses in that frontline area over the past 24 hours amounted to 210 personnel, two US-made HMMWV armored vehicles, two field artillery guns and three motor vehicles," it specified.

Russia’s Battlegroup Center inflicted roughly 505 casualties on Ukrainian troops and destroyed four enemy artillery guns in its area of responsibility over the past day, the ministry reported.
During the last 24-hour period, Battlegroup Center units "inflicted casualties on formations of four mechanized, a motorized infantry and a jaeger brigade of the Ukrainian army, a territorial defense brigade and two National Guard brigades in areas near the settlements of Belitskoye, Rodinskoye, Novosergeyevka, Andreyevka, Uspenovka, Dimitrov and Udachnoye in the Donetsk People’s Republic," the ministry said.
The Ukrainian army’s losses in that frontline area over the past 24 hours amounted to 505 personnel, a tank, an armored combat vehicle, four artillery guns and seven motor vehicles, it specified.

Russia’s Battlegroup East inflicted roughly 155 casualties on Ukrainian troops and destroyed six enemy artillery guns in its area of responsibility over the past day, the ministry reported.
"Battlegroup East units kept advancing deep into the enemy’s defenses and inflicted losses on manpower and equipment of a tank brigade and three mechanized brigades of the Ukrainian army and a territorial defense brigade near Bogatyr, Skudnoye, Shevchenko, Burlatskoye, Novosyolka and Novopol in the Donetsk People’s Republic and Gulyaipole in the Zaporozhye Region," the ministry said.
The Ukrainian army lost an estimated 155 personnel, two motor vehicles and six field artillery guns, including two NATO weapons in that frontline area over the past 24 hours, it specified.

Russia’s Battlegroup Dnepr inflicted roughly 55 casualties on Ukrainian troops and destroyed two enemy artillery guns in its area of responsibility over the past day, the ministry reported.
"Battlegroup Dnepr units inflicted casualties on formations of two mechanized and two coastal defense brigades of the Ukrainian army and a territorial defense brigade in areas near the settlements of Novodanilovka and Kamenskoye in the Zaporozhye Region, Pridneprovskoye and Antonovka in the Kherson Region," the ministry said.
The Ukrainian army’s losses in that frontline area over the past 24 hours amounted to 55 personnel, two artillery guns and seven motor vehicles, it specified.

Russian forces struck Ukrainian manpower and military hardware in 137 areas over the past day, the ministry reported.
"Operational/tactical aircraft, attack unmanned aerial vehicles, missile troops and artillery of the Russian groups of forces struck amassed enemy manpower and equipment in 137 areas," the ministry said.

Russian air defense forces shot down 128 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles and three Hammer smart bombs over the past day, the ministry reported.
"Air defense capabilities destroyed three French-made Hammer guided aerial bombs, a rocket of the US-made HIMARS multiple launch rocket system and 128 fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles," the ministry said.
Overall, the Russian Armed Forces have destroyed 653 Ukrainian warplanes, 283 helicopters, 42,979 unmanned aerial vehicles, 592 surface-to-air missile systems, 21,287 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 1,514 multiple rocket launchers, 21,495 field artillery guns and mortars and 31,459 special military motor vehicles since the start of the special military operation, the ministry reported. |

There are more and more signs of the possible contacts between Moscow and Washington but the doomed Kiev regime has failed to play strongly and achieve any victories on the battlefields so far.
The recent large-scale attacks by the Ukrainian army led to another defeat in the Russian Kursk region. Having lost hundreds of soldiers and dozens of military vehicles, including precious tanks from NATO, Ukrainian forces did not expand their zone of control southeast of Sudzha and failed to gain new footholds.
The Russian troops continue the mop up operations and counterattack, repelling the remaining Ukrainian soldiers from the forest areas near Cherkasskaya Konopelka and Fanaseevka. Ukrainians have been trying to evacuate the wounded from the area for several days now.
According to the latest reports from the front, the Russian military secured its control of Fanaseevka and completed the mop up operations in the forest south of the village.
East of Cherkasskaya Konopelka, Russian troops are advancing near the local dam.
The standoff persists in all directions in the Kursk region. The Russian army increases pressure on the western flank of the Ukrainian grouping in Sudzha. According to the latest reports from the battlefield, they secured their foothold in the western part of the village of Sverdlikovo. Ukrainian forces are hiding behind the local river in the eastern part of the village. Sverdlikovo is a key stronghold of the Ukrainian army, control of which will pave the way for further Russian offensives on Sudzha from the west.
According to estimates by the Russian Defense Ministry, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have already lost about 60,000 people in battles in the Kursk region. Heavy Ukrainian losses are confirmed by footage in the region.
Despite the ongoing defeats both in the Kursk region and in the Donbass, the Ukrainian military command continues sending reinforcements to Russian territory. Over 320 additional fighters from Ukrainian airborne assault units with more armored vehicles were reportedly deployed to the border region of the Russian Federation in recent days. The numerous reserves thrown into Kursk battles have not changed the frontlines so far but the head of the Kiev regime Zelensky is still betting on the bloody attacks on Russian soil hoping for some political benefits. In his recent interview Zelensky called the Kursk operations of the Ukrainian army “very beautiful.”
In February of 2024, the Russian army took control of a large number of cities and towns on the Donbass frontlines. They include Avdeevka, Ugledar, Selidovo, Kurakhovo, Velikaya Novoselka, etc, not to mention dozens of smaller villages. The last large Russian victory is the liberation of Toretsk. In its turn, the Kiev regime keeps losing its military units with NATO tanks in its ‘beautiful operations’, proud of its control of a small town named Sudzha on Russian territory.
