As long as a Bank keeps it's Tier 1 above required levels... The BoE should back off.

I wanted Trump to win to panish the corrupt Democrats and the rest but it's proven they are above the law... stealing an election so openly and the law allowing this to happen in America it's shows democracy is dead!But again, this is not the first corrupt election in America. Happens a few times in the past but not like this. All I can say...SHAME!
