Not sure. Boris has lost his spine.Become rudderless. That lack of genuine direction is dangerous. Bluster won't cut it here. Fire and fight and real intelligence needed so badly. Saw the Chinese Ambassador talking to Andrew Marr.
It is sad that we have to judge weather the Americans and we Brits are issuing more fake news, lies and propaganda than the Chinese.

On balance I believe the Chinese are more reliable.

When Marr reminded the Ambassador that Hong Kong was only partially democratic, the Ambassador explained the system.
He reminded Marr that under British rule, the all powerful Governor was appointed by the British, not democratic at all. Much progress has been made since that time.

Then customers can legitimately be expected to consume their food via a straw through the side of their mask. As all courses will be blended together you should be in and out of the building within 15 minutes, especially if you wait outside in the rain until your meal is served

Taxing cyclist to use the road without dedicated cylcing lanes would be a retrograde step imo. Actually motorists should be receiving a road tax rebate if they can demonstrate that they cycle rather than use their cars for work commutes.
Escooters ebikes & mobility scooters should all be licensed and insured I agree.

Horse riders are at least, very aware and considerate of car drivers.
Mind you, I don't fancy two tons of horse kicking out at my car, or worse.
Much easier to see a horse than a cyclist

Anyone remember when bicycles used to have bells? Now they just shout at you - if anything. Not much fun when you're walking along a country lane on a breezy day and lycra-clad cyclist zooms past you from behind, not to mention being dangerous.

If the Virus news and Brexit news deal coincide favourably together then yes it could easily spike to around 45p - 48p...in that run process it will spit out weak long and short holders...30p churning has been going on for far too long now...similar churning period Aug 2019 - Oct 2019 around 50p...

LLOYDS share price to book value is 0.40 . Lowest was on 2nd April .34.Highest 1.3 . So risk reward ratio is less towards downside. If share price goes down to 20p. Expect bounce to 60p within year like a spring recoiled. DYOR as always.
