15/8/2019 00:28 | Recession? Yes pls.. Europe "The Emperor's New Clothes"? Now there was once a king who was absolutely insane about new clothes and one day, two swindlers came to sell him what they said was a magic suit of clothes.."Isn't it grand! Isn't it fine! Look at the cut, the style, the line! The suit of clothes is all togetherBut all together it's all togetherThe most remarkable suit of clothes that I have ever seen. These eyes of mine at once determinedThe sleeves are velvet, the cape is ermineThe hose are blue and the doublet is a lovely shade of green.Well they sent for the Queen and they quickly explained to her about the magic suit of clothes. And naturally the Queen, not wanting to appear a fool, said: "Well, isn't it oh! Isn't it rich! Look at the charm of every stitch!...https://m. | k38
15/8/2019 00:13 | Analyst Oliver Pursche, from Bruderman, said the global picture was precarious. "What's happening in Hong Kong, what's happening with Brexit and the trade war, it's all a mess," the chief market strategist said. "Every central bank around the world is trying to prop up economies and every politician around the world is trying to destroy economies." "Every politician in the world is trying to destroy economies." Not a truer word spoken. And that includes your baboon leader Boris the DORIS. | minerve 2
15/8/2019 00:10 | What do the Greeks say? They could tell you that their freedoms are limited by the control of US bond holders being unwilling to accept loss. I guess they will not though because the average Greek is just as clueless as the average Brexiter. | minerve 2
15/8/2019 00:08 | If we STAY in the EU it remains as it is now. Duh. No change in the level of freedom old boy. What do you think you might lose if we stay? If we leave you will not have the freedoms of travel in the EU that you do now, erm, isn't that a backward step in terms of freedom? Funny logic. LOL | minerve 2
14/8/2019 23:47 | About losing freedom, ask the Greeks and the rest. Given a chance, they will all leave Brussels graveyard. | k38

14/8/2019 23:25 | careful and others are not understaning what this means and what power has been given over to the eu. i dont understand your comments as soon if we stay in our parliament will be superfluous to this country as all you will need is a small office to rubber stamp all the laws being made in the brussels disney world. you dont seem to realise that the eu's laws are totally different to ours as we have habeous corpus and the eu does not. you are safer from the legal system here than the eu which will lock you up and then decide if you are innocent. as i said before you need to read up on what it means to be absorbed by the eu... god help us.................. | lippy4
14/8/2019 23:09 | Most of EU law originated out of UK law. What's the problem? | minerve 2
14/8/2019 22:59 | all that is obsolete. The majority like myself accept that we re leaving the EU. But with a deal. Mays deal was ok, we should have left the EU. by now. | careful
14/8/2019 22:57 | Bookies shortening the odds on a no deal brexit and I have never seen a bookie on a bike....... | oakville
14/8/2019 22:55 | I do not think the law thing is a big deal. We are evolving with Scotland and others making more of their own laws. The big point I was making was the control of our own spending and tax matters. £800bn we control ourselves. £9bn we send to the EU. If you study the EU. budget you could judge for yourself whether the money was well spent for he long term benefit of all members. I think this relatively modest budget is well spent and good for the UK. | careful |
