Further to the appointment of the BLI Administrator, the Company has effectively ceased to control and conduct all, or substantially all, of its existing trading business, activities or assets and accordingly the Company will be regarded as an "AIM Rule 15 cash shell" as defined under the AIM Rules. Subject to any other matters, AIM Rule 15 states that the Company has six months to make an acquisition or acquisitions which constitute a reverse takeover under AIM Rule 14 after which the shares would be suspended.

So the reason it seems was David wanted alomost 20% back of StArt for a pitance, having run it and the rest of the business around the houses.

No wondrer KINGEL has gone missing, sorry for his losses but the way he acted towards other posters, I cannot imagine any being concerned for his situation but I wish him well "as the sun will come out tomorrow" .

That is one HUGE dump of shares.

If this cornerstone investor doesn't go through it's curtains I reckon. If it does happen I hope current sufferers, sorry shareholders, aren't diluted into oblivion. IMHO.

Have you considered the possibility, that by relisting DC managed to get those creditors to accept shares in a swap for debt that he may have given personal assurances about but once swapped he may no longer had any libility for?

If something like that was the case, then it could be delisted again and he could take it from there, and see what he and his pals might proceed.

Remember what DC said regarding Jason Lee and look where that went, and that was all in RNS.

Someone managed to dump 5 million, maybe it was someone that accepted shares for debt and thought better to take just over 10% in the Pound than nothing on suspension.

Same again tomorrow may see this another 30% or more down impo.
