04/5/2023 18:31 | Rock you already know the share price with C D | dennisbergkamp
04/5/2023 13:28 | I'm not going to talk to myself here am I? I'm just here to add balance to you doom mongering non holders. | rocksteady01
04/5/2023 10:00 | To be fair, it seems you, Rocksteady01, have also had a month of cave dwelling ... very interesting. Meanwhile, here's an update on DC's holiday snaps, just to get Stocktrend excited | iamthemagnificent
02/5/2023 14:27 | Interesting you pipe up today clocktower, after a month of cave dwelling...very interesting (strokes cat on lap). | rocksteady01
02/5/2023 11:51 | If JL ever buys more shares, it is more likely that will be used to DC & Co's benefit, as like previously K-Pop was not the success that Stocktrend and friends were ramping on about - who pays the piper? DYOR | clocktower
02/5/2023 09:47 | Wake up - don't be fooled again anyone by stocktrend's trash - check who receives 2.2m euros - that is sales of tickets not money Live will receive. In fact bar the licence fee how much net will Live receive from other sales at the event - will it be enough to cover the DC family outgoings? 🤣🤣 DYOR Look at past results | clocktower
02/5/2023 09:32 | Selling 2.2m euros with inly half acts announced is not fluff | stocktrend2
02/5/2023 09:05 | More Fluff and Guff from DC but what he fails to say is more important than what he does say, as has been proved time and time again. Undervalued he was saying when the share price was much higher and then issued more shares at a lot less and his mate sold a big wedge at far less - 🤣🤣 "Buzz and Excitement" I sure he and his pals are at the prospect of enjoying the lifestyle his actions and investors money has provided for them all. Non RNS = 0 | clocktower
05/4/2023 09:34 | LOL - T P I well spotted. | clocktower

05/4/2023 07:42 | news today is fantastic as it means less dilution and he’s putting in £250k in a few weeks, this will be blue soon | stocktrend2
05/4/2023 07:27 | Almost blue now | stocktrend2
05/4/2023 07:22 | 12p by july | stocktrend2
05/4/2023 07:19 | Overreaction jl still buying £250k this month and £500k in sep at probably a higher share price . This is good news so i’ll be buying more it would be rude not to Moving bCk up now | stocktrend2
05/4/2023 07:09 | Once again it leaves one guessing if some of these posters were working for an enterprise that wanted to dump shares at a healthy profit, as I doubt if they will surface and provide an explanation for misrepresentation. | clocktower
05/4/2023 05:40 | 'MB10 27th March 23 "Indeed TSG, the first and second part of the Jason Lee subscription has been received and the third part is on track. Anyone suggesting otherwise, like those suggesting that the birdman cash was in doubt, are deliberately spreading false information."' So MB10 on l-se is a liar - who'd have thought it ?! | iamthemagnificent
04/4/2023 19:04 | Good point and I may have been wrong, I just overlooked how many times there has been dilution. We know that lock-ins can be adjusted in the same way as J L’s agreement was but worse still was the fact that they have left it this long to tell thee market that the RNS conditions were not met, were they ever going to be? There should be an investigation by the regulators into LVCG and all the misleading information provided in all forms. So much for DC repeatedly saying that the shares are undervalued time and time again. Anyway the “divisions “ have been shelved into companies that shareholders never see the accounts of bar Bricklive as far as I can make out. | clocktower
04/4/2023 18:24 | and a Holdings RNS. Are Miton dumping or just being diluted into oblivion ? | iamthemagnificent
04/4/2023 18:10 | Mr Lee has agreed to subscribe a further GBP750,000 at 3p per share (25,000,000 new Ordinary Shares) in tranches over the period January to March 2023, subject to Shareholder approval and a two year lock up, details of which to be announced in due course. So they waited til April to tell you none of this cash arrived in Jan, Feb or March. With LVCG its what they DON'T tell you that you need to watch out for ! Ignore all the Proactive interview sh1t and follow RNS only | iamthemagnificent
04/4/2023 18:02 | well Jason obviously not a happy bunny having to pay 3p when he could have bought the lot on the open market for well under 2p 😉 I'm also thinking that he must now either believe or have very little confidence that the share price is likely to be more than 3p come September hence the change in the agreement to pay 'no less than' the 10 day moving average price 😲 12p soon eh 🤣 🤣 🤣 | the patriotic irishman
04/4/2023 17:55 | Maybe he was peed off by Riverfort getting shares at 1p and dumping at 2p for a nice 100% profit - they know how to make money off LVCG | iamthemagnificent |
