Auditors signed it off.. otherwise it would have been de listed, there are issues but i believe the company has chosen not to relist until they can complete the placing and refinance, the whole reason why it was suspended was because the accounts werent published , they have been so once they can sort everything out it’ll relist with a bang

all in all, quite a damning report from the auditors and a common theme of insufficient proof or company records to agree to agree to any past, current or future valuations 😲

little wonder it took them all this time when trying to reconcile what appears to be a clear and obvious company history that is littered with OVERSTATED accounts 😉


but then again, and despite the well known forum cheerleaders labelling some of us as mere trolls, some of us had very clear sight of that all along 😎

("LVCG", the "Company" or the "Group")

UPDATE

Further to the announcement of 31 January 2024, the Company confirms that it it has completed all matters save for the placing which it expects to complete on Monday to enable re-trading of its shares on AIM.

Failure to do so will result in cancellation of trading on AIM with effect from 07.00 on Tuesday 6 February 2024.

I wasn't an attempt to fake it, just making a prediction.

However I didn't really think about it, they're more likely to say good-bye with an RNS on Monday morning, or just let AIM tell us they're not trading anymore and we'll never hear from them again!

Yes quite staggering isn't it ? Must all revolve around whether it's a 'going concern' or not. In the past DC could always rely on the mugs to take part in fundraisings and guarantee the continuation of his *income / company * (make your selection).
Has it now reached the stage where even the most optimistic (gullible) are facing up to reality ?

Knigel on the other board - you have to laugh. Being so reasonable and philosophical now. Having previously bombarded anyone for arguing with the DC narrative. We weren’t even allowed to question the official word. Which is why Knigel created this group just for the cheer leaders, the happy clappys. AIM regulators should have investigated this long ago, when DC was spinning yarns on those video's that were staged along with piles of other bumf, and taken a look at the posters on various channels/threads that suggested they had inside info, then the likes of KN might not have been sucked into DC's so called divisions.

So the last day of Jan 2024 to get the accounts signed off, will be the day of reckoning.

They are preparing for the end. Cleaning house. The accounts aren’t getting signed off ever because they tell the truth. And the truth is a horror show. The truth shows where all the money has been going. It’s been clear to anyone with their mind open. And here we are on this nonsense board created by Knigel. Designed by him because he didn’t want to hear the negative news. He didn’t want people to say the truth. He disnt want to hear the truth. Instead you listened to Monoply and all the versions of the same guy who was probably David all along. That’s my opinion.
