I was present for the Board meeting yesterday, so aware of some of the intricacies of yesterday’s RNS. I’ll also try and answer as many questions that have been posted as I can (within my allowable limits of course)

Let’s breakdown it into sections.

Bricklive – nothing massively new here other than it tallies with the previous RNS in that new contracts are still being signed ( 6 since the last update )

Audit – I am not on the audit committee, so don’t have any finer point details (not that I could share them anyway) but I am very confident that the statement in the RNS that “The Company's aim is to publish its accounts during July” is a true reflection of where the audit is currently at. Changing auditors was absolutely the right thing to do and it was always going to be tight on timelines, so I am not concerned at all over a slight delay. It wont be like last year, when it was suspended for months.

Now we get to the more interesting parts. To coin a phrase from David, “join the dots”

1. Ranjit and all other directors have agreed to stay on the Board “ until the Cornerstone agreement under negotiation would be signed and finalised”

2. KPop Frankfurt due diligence involve PKE (the German promotor) plus (and this is the exciting part) THE CORNERSTONE INVESTOR. Although the deal isn’t signed, LVCG and the Cornerstone are currently working together!!!

Let those two points sink in and think about the implications both in the short term (why are the board staying and why is the Cornerstone working with us already) and what it means to the governance of LVCG once / if the Cornerstone signs. Both are hugely positive IMO.

Finally, whilst the LVCG management team are working tirelessly to bring the Cornerstone to conclusion, don’t forget the fact there is also another party/cornerstone very much interested in being involved in LVCG 😉

To answer some questions that have been raised over the last few days

KPop Frankfurt bands – the bands have been secured. I have seen the list.

Formula E – whilst focus has rightly been on the Cornerstone, there have been some interesting conversations on Formula E in. Nothing confirmed as of yet, but it’s certainly not dead.

I’m actually on holiday this week and driving much of the time, so wont be on here much but I’ll leave you with the thought that I am in a much happier mood than I was even last week

Think it will be the opposite people will be buying.. cornerstone progressing well ans people will want in as once its back from suspension share price will be higher imo 7p plus

What comes out of David’s mouth is just verbal diarrhoea, and as for his sidekick staying on, I think that was done because of his history selling off shares and getting what he can for them because he is well aware of the likelihood that it will all go down the drain.

I wonder how much he has milked from StArt, his salary and bonuses and perks since he was appointed.

Fantastic rns lots of positives, cornerstone atill in the bag, ranjit wants to stay on until cs signed which is positive alao positive news on frankfurt, it will be suspended on mon , looks like anyone who wants to buy more only has until fri, there wont be a chance as it’ll be suspended overall very happy

Kimchi1 I can’t say I recall the name but then we knew that some former rappers that had “ inside” knowledge (so they said) used multiple names to post under.

Still it looks more likely to go back down the drain than even go back to 1p.

I feel sorry for those that got taken in by all those video promises that David made and the way his sidekick sold off shares, and the way they have drained the business with StArt.

Did not the accounts have to be signed off by the end of the month - going down to the wire with the new accountants, if indeed they do, is it not.

Or will this be suspended again.

Shareinvest not yet jumping for joy at David C having to loan more money, which he wants back if this cornerstone investor is nothing other than another phantom floating around.

Also noting he is appointing someone just to deal with shareholders, which named poster of the present or past might that be?

well IF BrickLive is considered to be the main 'bread winning' element of DC's largely expanded business empire all I will say is:

Close brothers STILL have an outstanding £1.5 million loan to be repaid and a creditors (first dibs) fixed and floating charge sitting against ALL of the company's assets should they fail to honour its dues 😉

surely a sign off of those tangled web accounts by the new auditors which would allow a continuation of the empire before another enforced market suspension would be any current shareholders dream summer bonus 🤡

But isn't BrickLive the main part of their business, i.e. a profit warning ?

"BrickLive pipeline of business. Whilst it remains confident that the pipeline will build during the course of the year, it currently projects its pipeline of signed and forecast sales for 2024 below the original budget. Historically the Company has seen last minute contracts and orders which can rapidly increase sales. However, it is likely that the Company may require a contribution from the cornerstone investor, failing which funding from other sources. In the meantime, this has necessitated further continued support from the Chairman."

Well iam,I jumped ship, as DC has once again lost his Auditors:




Tiny profit but one all the same and as you said I did warn everyone - "BERWARE" is was a punt, however that said if part of a plan to change Auditors it may yet have milage but imo there should have been a RNS, maybe tomorrow.

I will not take another chance even at .60 but there were a few decent buys after the big drop but not as low as one was able to buy previously.

A few decent buys, maybe a leak of news as DC said something about new cornerstone investors when it got relisted at around 1p - So there might be another 30% in this yet I guess.

There is life in this dog and my punt is starting to look more positive, in ther past it has risen from under 3p to over 12p but BEWARE this is a very high risk stock.
