19/12/2019 23:07 | LWRF compatible with all. | whoppy
19/12/2019 21:07 | https://www.business | athnotts
17/12/2019 12:31 | had a quick nose around. such a difficult market. recommend any investor looks at the products and asks 'would I pay hundreds of £ extra to get light / heat / power just so I can control things more precisely and from my mobile etc. starter kit £185 socket front £60 when I can buy normal ones for £10 ish can see the applications in high end properties for customers with money to burn....but not mainstream at these prices | melody9999
17/12/2019 11:47 | A nice 116k buy at 6.45p. Filling their boots. | whoppy
17/12/2019 10:45 | Any large company with the right resources and existing customer base that acquires Lightwave will make money. No debt, great products, growing sales, near profitable, just needs scaling. The company is gift wrapped for a someone to take over. | whoppy
17/12/2019 10:00 | I hope you get a result here whoppy, fingers crossed you really deserve it. | clocktower
17/12/2019 09:58 | well that much cash isn't going to get them very far... tho i guess it shows a bit of faith re a signal to suiters (investors or acquirers). can't imagine the rise will go above 7p. | athnotts
17/12/2019 09:43 | It's funny how Committed Capital can suddenly find the money to scoop up shares. | whoppy
17/12/2019 09:36 | Doubt it. There's obviously something coming. Directors and big investor buying more shares at 7p. They will be expecting a profit. | whoppy
17/12/2019 08:04 | LOL gozo - catch 22 - It could be to pay off last years. 😁 Wait for the big ramp. | clocktower
17/12/2019 07:51 | At least they'll be able to pay for the Christmas party now! | gozo
12/12/2019 16:31 | maybe so, yes, i just read it as being a bit contradictory. 'growth rates...' rather than 'run rates...' would have sounded a clearly positive note. i'll move back to neutral i guess but won't be optimistic until some of the issues discussed regularly here get addressed and the company has a way forward after the strategic review etc. i am not a holder either but am a happy customer and want to be a holder too when it makes sense. | athnotts
12/12/2019 15:50 | I'm not a holder, and not all that likely to become one, but watching. I think athnotts interpretation is a bit pessimistic. the announcement says: 'As announced on 4 November 2019, whilst substantial progress was made in annual revenue growth in the Company's last financial year ("FY 2019"), the final quarter was held back by a number of one-off issues. Trading during the Period demonstrates a return to the sales levels experienced during the first three quarters of FY 2019.', which I interpret as good news: the company was doing well until the 4th quarter, and looks to have recovered from that set back. | gnnmartin
11/12/2019 21:24 | weird update, gives some growth %s but then says "revenue run rates in the first two months in line with those experienced throughout the majority of last year." which i read to mean no growth. must be out of cash soon so sale or investment coming out of necessity i'd say. and necessity is not a good negotiating stance. | athnotts
11/12/2019 07:21 | Today’s news seems to be the start of the ramp before funding I guess. Nothing about losses or profits, not that there is likely to be any profit. | clocktower
10/12/2019 16:58 | No news here since apart from holdings. | recordz
07/12/2019 15:42 | whoppy, i think kerr, morgan and pycraft have been shareholders for quite some while, if you check back in some previous annual reports i think they are listed there, ie i guess they used to be high enough to need to be listed in reports/website etc but then got diluted in all the fund raising activity. | athnotts
06/12/2019 19:50 | Thanks Pugugly what do you make of today's rise? Amazing how a stock can be top riser and no comment about it anywhere. | whoppy
06/12/2019 19:36 | whoppy - I think you will find that the rnses are in respect of holdings at the time of the "put up for sale announcement" - From memory declarations are required for holdings of 1% and above when this happens | pugugly
06/12/2019 16:09 | He did get the name of the US giant right. | whoppy
06/12/2019 16:04 | All those names seem to be in the construction and building industry. | whoppy
06/12/2019 16:04 | One day you like to hope that the FCA would step in and do their job ! So many conmen on twitter now | dave4545
06/12/2019 15:58 | dave4545, thanks for that. He was posting negative on LWRF. Maybe he bought some. Lol | whoppy |
