gozo - I`ll go for 5p but a much bigger raise this time but greater dilution, and it might be in every holders best interest rather than chipping away at the edges and not have enough firepower.

I'll take a guess at a placing next week at 8.5 pence.

Quoting 10.5 for 10k pounds which is unusual.MM obviously in the mood to take some stock.

sinkyj, I doubt if the MM would take any volume of stock if you tried selling - the house broker may support the share price to a certain level but after .............?

Also, what could a Brexit vote do to the sp? - Will they give it another day and spin the wheel before the possible crash?

At present what funding level are we looking at?

Would be a real shame if somebody dumped their shares now and spoiled all the good work.

At least we are being introduced to the team. Wonder how they are deciding the batting order? Significant advantage to those that went first.

ct - cro is a currently fashionable name of the guy that runs sales. if you look on linked in he has the right kind of profile for channel sales not sure about direct tho. i'm no compliance nerd but do think these management purchases need RNSs, based on what it says in them re pdmr

so mg78, re them being naive, what should they do instead?? and I mean based on where they are right here and now re revenue/cash etc. (not what they should have done before)

Great stuff whoppy maybe its the Lords prayer - or maybe JS and KE might be joining the party.

It is interesting that they updated the list of substantial holders as of 31 December 2018. Bearing in mind that there is only around 45% of the shares in public hands shows how little it takes for this to Fly or DIVE.

50K purchased this morning?

I wonder who will be revealed tomorrow morning as the buyer.

Urm. Wouldn't be the CEO would it?

LWRF always was utterly naive when it came to dealing with the mkt.

All rather predictable, isn't it?

Saw the 45k purchase yesterday and thought I'd find out who bought those today.

However, three of the last four RNS' have not been necessary.

These share purchases, each (and indeed collectively) are for a negligible amounts. They are simply 'an excuse to RNS' in my view.......certainly there is no regulatory need to do so at all.

These RNS' are in themselves costing the company money. But there is nothing 'regulatory ' about them.

In my view they are simply a hope and a means to swell the share price ahead of a fundraising.

ADYOR etc.

All hands on the pump!! That`s a new one a "Chief Revenue Officer" - not the CFO I assume - loads of titles for bean counters.Still, its having a positive effect on the share price - keep it up whoppy. :-)

Lets hope their not dealing on Insider Info about a Big Utilities Company involvement.

If your looking for funds sinkyj - pm me and I will provide you with an email address to forward the details too.

Good Luck but it would really change the picture if they were to have funding from the Utilities sector.

11p might yet look cheap IF that were the case but I think if that had been on the cards we would have seen BG buying a lot more along with the rest of the greedy BoD`s when the share price was 7/8/9p imo. Unless of course they are waiting to participate in a round of funding AGAIN.

Nice start to the year. I think we all know what's coming next, after being spoiled with all these announcements. The management buying appears to have a bigger boost than the directors.

Looks like you won't be investing at 3p anytime soon CT. Thanks but I'm busy with my own new company anyway, also raising cash at around the same value as LW. That shows how seriously undervalued LW is. It should be 2-3 times this value without it's chequered history holding it back.

We don't need China just yet, Xiaomi and others have very nice Smarthome systems here anyway. They'd seriously disrupt the market if they came to Europe. Prices are 20% what LW charge and it works really well. It won't be 5 years, China moves very quickly, it's virtually cashless now in 3 years, the US is still implementing Chip and Pin.

Once the sockets hit the European market and there's a more complete product range then that should provide the necessary continued growth. But, as I've said before, we really need to be at 10m revenue, so still some way to go. There's pictures of the Euro sockets around now and they look very special.

To give some perspective about what money is needed to really succeed, Tado (smart thermostats) just raised another $50m, total raised $102m, from among others Amazon and EON. You are correct Athnotts. Utilities and the Amazon fund would be good strategic investors. I really hope they can pull somebody in like that this time.

china market already half the size of us and growing faster, will be same size in 5 years or something. market size is not an issue for lw in any geo, uk included, market access > marketing > sales & distribution is the challenge

16p would be great but if the sales increase for each quarter continues then 16p will easily be surpassed. I have ample funds thank you. They keep getting more and more everyday. I believe China is the next big market for Smarthome tech.
