Run rate was up 50% in Q4 to £1.4m compared to all of Q1, Q2 and Q3 put together. Revenue already up another 25% on Q4 for the first 2 months of this year. Pace has increased significantly, imo. Lets say they maintain Q1 revenue of £1.75m, for the rest of the year and do £7m with 35% margin. Get about £2.45m gross profit.

What an idiotic statement.

That's not a hard and fast rule, Whoppy, so why you think you should apply it here as fact is completely irresponsible.......and misleading.

Any fundraising will be done at a premium due to the increase in revenue reported.

Normally the amount of selling over previous trading days would have seen the share price marked down further but it makes one wonder if the MM are holding it at this level due to another funding round very soon?

As stated previously, what they should be doing is offering new exciting products to the market not making and marketing old design models at discounted prices. What do discounts suggest?

1)Sluggish sales
2)Over stocking
3)Need to get hold of cash
4)Poor management decisions

Moving on to The Smart Family - I notice the video has had less than 1000 views in the first week since it was published.

Not likely to go Viral is it, as I guess that most of those views have been either those on this thread or the producers trying to put a positive spin on what they sold this bunch of clowns.

Again you insist on talking complete rubbish. Connect series have not been discontinued and are still being manufactured and sold along with the smart series. Please get your facts right

How long has gen 2 been out? Surely they should have cleared the old stock before now!!

It does not look good as most customers might just take a glance at the website and not be aware that they are selling off old stock rather than the latest models.

They would have been better to dump the stock to a market trader imo rather than offer it on the company website. Still desperate times might mean desperate measures.

Apple only sell the smart series aka gen 2. These are the connect series aka gen 1.

Not looking good when they are knocking 25% off things like sockets and radiator valves online does it?

I guess they are pretty desperate and not the sort of thing that is good for the Apples store sales imo. Talk about undermining the business.

Up it goes but can they run it up enough and create sufficient volume to be able to carry out a book building operation?

If I were a holder I would rather see a bid from Apple than have more dilution mg78.

"avoid" is the polite way of putting it, sinkyj.

We've actually witnessed severe deterioration under the last fundraise which is a disgrace.

As I've said previously, I'm only astonished that this wasn't marked down even harder.

It's a mystery to me that it's still trading above 5p.

Bring on the next dilutive fundraise.

Nice to see, even in these uncertain times, office Christmas parties still have plenty of free flowing alcohol. Whoppy, I'm pretty certain you're right the revenue in 2019 will be around 5m. Unfortunately, that means even if they don't set another person on or make any increase in marketing or development budgets they will still lose the best part of a million pounds. There's none in the bank, they're borrowing against future revenue already. Market cap at 5m. 2m raise at a discount, even if they can, means a significant dilution again and 2m won't get them to the 9-10m revenue they will need to avoid needing even more. The huge burn rate for a company of this size is why people are suggesting to avoid this. The last 5m really didn't produce what it should have done in a for the new or old shareholders alike.

LOL - but sad that someones misfortune makes some so happy. It is clear that some on these threads enjoying seeing others suffering losses (while they wallow in profits).
