11/4/2016 20:27 | Seems like that the Garden lodge builders have got into installing LightwaveRf systems. hxxp://www.gardenlod hxxp://www.bakerstim Next may be Motor Homes - Caravans and hundreds of other opportunities to install remote systems. | clocktower
11/4/2016 18:34 | May be more promising if more builders start installing and recommending through their websites: hxxp://steele-perkin hxxps://fabuloushome -------------------- From: Welcome to the 2016 edition of BOARDtalk from. NEDgroup. Barry Gamble Editor of BOARDtalk, Chairman of NEDgroup Barry Gamble has been Chairman of NEDgroup since 2010. Barry is an experienced Chairman in the publicly quoted, private and charitable sectors. He is a former ‘Editor at Large’ of BoardRoom magazine, a writer and commentator on corporate governance and the roles / responsibilities of Directors. As well as coaching and advising a number of companies - which he sees as a possible first stage to a full NED role for both company and coach - he is Chairman of AIM quoted LightwaveRF PLC and Finance Chairman at Tudor Hall School. -------------------- LWRF - Could do with a decent Marketing NED imo, and better leadership than Barry has provided it must seem to most small stakeholders. -------------------- | clocktower

08/4/2016 20:39 | Good article JMF | nar1
08/4/2016 17:05 | But John Lewis does not sell LightwaveRF products: Shows how slow the management are imo. They beat everyone on price and with recommendations like you posted above JMF69 you think they would be on the ball. Says a lot about Megaman as well. hxxp://www.digitalsp Another drop today and it seems there are no buyers left with any confidence in the management, as they talk the talk but do not address the issues and have still not made sure that large sale of over 3% some time ago was formally posted through a RNS. A stakeholder should make a complaint to the AIM regulators imo. | clocktower
06/4/2016 12:03 | Can't see that happening anytime soon Clocktower...Let's see what they have to say about themselves at the AGM. | nar1
06/4/2016 10:43 | Well I was tempted to start buying the other week but I seem to have got this one very wrong. A total lack of news about Homekit that all were expecting, so I wish all holders well but I have now to agree with a lot of other posters who suggested the company needs new management. Other than the recent news about IFTTT I can see nothing that is going to change the direction the stock is headed in or they would have been shouting about it from the roof tops by now imo. | clocktower

31/3/2016 13:15 | Someone's picked up around two chunks of approx 50k shares...maybe a director buying after the closed period. | gozo
31/3/2016 11:53 | IFTTT is here. Our first channel, Lighting, has been launched. We plan to launch new LightwaveRF channels every two weeks. hxxps://ifttt.com/li a step in the right direction. Might buy back in soon, checking on-line they can be bought for 14p | clocktower
30/3/2016 11:43 | Think the explanation lies below.... Kevin EdwardsCurrent directorships and Past directorships held within last five years K&H Consulting LimitedComplex Cold Forming Limited VIT Innovation Limited Hephaestus Steel Limited VIT Security Group Limited Steven Allen Harris, aged 54, are disclosed in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules:Current directorships Past directorships held within last five year -------------------- | sinkyj
30/3/2016 11:34 | Market not impressed by the addition of a third qualified accountant to the board of a tech company. Doesn't need any comment really. | sinkyj
29/3/2016 19:53 | Am out - at a loss as well. Good Luck to all IUTOTS | swiss paul

22/3/2016 12:31 | Error: Sorry | clocktower
18/3/2016 13:23 | Two way, has been twittered about, but I think this(dimmer) is a more imminent release given that nothing else of note was announced to go with it. It's probably a "Super" smart Dimmer or a Smart "LED" dimmer. i.e. 3rd Generation, specifically for Led's of all types needing leading or trailing edge dimming. The other dimmers are compromised in having to work for Incandescent, CFL and LED. And you are right to point out, GR, 3 Million to 2 million is not broadly similar, it's significantly misleading. For the warning and results to ring true, no sales must have happened at all in the last 3 months. Still no idea or why 850K+ shares were traded, or who did it and of course in the closed period for insiders. | sinkyj
17/3/2016 17:41 | GR From what I understand, the new dimmers will have two way coms. | kevc09
17/3/2016 12:54 | I didn't understand this bit: Lighting The lighting control range is now well established but continues to evolve. We are improving this range further in the year with the launch of our Smart dimmer in 2016 to serve the rapidly expanding LED market. Is this a relaunch as they launched it already in July 2014? | greenrichard |
