Lack of volume saving the shareprice, a gift horse for the first seller , I can see this testing the lows in the coming weeks

It's a disaster unfortunately for holders IMO. However it's been obvious for years that there is no clear growth strategy here.

Oh dear! You sort of know what's coming with results delayed nearly six months and then released on a Friday.

Revenues down 31% to £2.1m.

Losses up 51% at nearly £0.25m.

Gross margins down.

Worse still they are burning through the cash and it's looking likely a further cash raise will be needed.

What's this nonsense in the outlook statement:- "Although we continue to remain alert to how we pursue our strategy in detail". Sounds like they're clueless to me.

Needless to say they make no mention of revenues in the first six months of this year.

Good luck if you hold, but it doesn't look pretty!!!!!

Morning all. Still no news - down the wire, spread very tight once again.

MM- speaking of probability - you just have to ask yourself how much do you want to own this share/stock (in your case you state you do not as far as I can recall), and then notice how that that demand has reduced/dried up as the price has risen towards 20p but there are no doubt a lot of others that have paid a lot more than 20p, that want to hold on as they suffer from loss aversion but when it reaches what they have paid for it, will gladly sell it for little more than they paid regardless of the time they have held or of the potential profit it may yield in the future. This results in a steady stream of selling when good news is released, and in turn allows buyers to obtain stock that the odds are in favour of or you could say there is a probability of further profits as the long term holders part company, and the increasing willingness of others to now pay the going price for what is perceived as probable. Like buying good wine and waiting for it to mature or turn to vinegar.

So over the last months we have seen the sellers that are not loss averse and we have also seen those that are not risk averse taking up the stock, that have already seen a considerable profit as it moved up from 12p - some have I expect been selling and taking profits as they become risk averse, which in turn is stopping the stock moving forward at this point in time. As you know confidence and knowledge could drive this a long way if the likes of JS has made a timely purchase as he did selling previously.

CT - Paragraph three of post 2538 shows a fundamental misunderstanding of basic probability. :)

I follow the fortunes of many micro-caps CT.

mm, well called first time around, I hope you shorted it and made some money even though it may have been at my expense. As regards not being sure myself - I am sure I suffered losses here but hoping to make those up upon release of news, hence following it very closely, as I do expect it to be very good and even more so having followed the buying pattern since JS increased his stake considerably.

While there is stock available @ 19/20 as sinkyl has pointed out you might find that will be taken out any time soon in a wedge or two.

I note you have adopted the word "TANK" and it may well do but based on the assumption that you are you not correct 100% of the time and the fact you admit you plucked the figure from the air, it is more likely that you will be correct only 50% of the time, so on that basis it is more likely would you not agree that it may "ROCKET" :-)

I know you still will not touch it but delighted you are following the progress of LWRF.

I thought I might find you hiding here CT ;)

Just posted this:-

"CT - Talking of price targets, did you notice that my price target for LWRF came within a whisker of reality. I predicted a drop to 10p, and it fell to 11p. Not bad eh? Illustrates the nonsense of trading micro-caps since I'd simply plucked the figure from thin air. What are you doing with LWRF at the moment? You posted that you cashed in your losses, but you're still hanging around that BB I notice. Are you in or out of LWRF or aren't you quite sure yourself? ;). I see the share price has regained some of it's equilibrium (LWRF that is) but they are clearly leaving results to the last minute. It shouldn't take any company nearly six months to produce their results, particularly a tiny company like LWRF. In general, late results are a very bad sign and unless their trading statement for their new financial year is any good and/or they release some blockbuster news then the share price will tank again."

Cheers.

Clocktower, we will agree to differ.

10K 19-20P lots are going outside the buy of the main matchmakers (21p), that tells me there is still stock. If not they would be wanting 21/22p or more. I can also get quotes on larger lots, I couldn't buy anything before the 880K sale. They were quoting me 29p at one point.

Even 'sells as buys' only 625k of nearly 900k (150K,150k,75k, 75k,25K ) was immediately placed, still leaves 275k. Maybe 175K since. Still 100K or more to go.

The fact the MM were prepared to take is good news as far as I'm concerned, anyway.

alynch - not officially anyway but maybe he does hear the odd rumour from other sources not directly connected with the company. We have also seen other buyers that say they have picked up 1% of the company recently.

Must admit, I thought JS was still retained in advisory capacity, which might mean, as you say, he's no longer 'in' on any news.

alynch, John Sinclair is not a director and may not have remained an insider when his holding dropped below 3% so would be free to trade as he wishes.

sinkyj, Re: Slack - I beg to differ, some that looked like sells since that large sell that we are still awaiting a RNS about (rule breaking), I believe are in fact buys, there is not a great deal of slack imo maybe as little as 30k.

Some years ago, I can recall one company that left issuing their accounts to 30 mins before close on the last possible day, and it caused a lot of selling as there were very concerned holders pushing the panic button for around one month - the share price slumped, someone however was picking up stock, and the moment result were released the share price shot up, and there was very little stock about - it went up six times in the following week and settled around three times its previous low before bouncing around thereafter.

>The hype of jam tomorrow often quoted on this BB is now the reality of today and >it will not be long in my opinion before the true value is realised.
>The market cap is wrong for a technology company in this position.

I think the Jam is on the breakfast table but we are still in the queue, and there are people ahead of us.

Strategically, a utility is needed on board. Technically, the technology & Software needs updating to meet current user expectations and technology levels. I believe this to be in hand and I also believe you are correct the market cap has been wrong for a while. But this belief is not without risk, there are many hungry people after a large helping of jam and people like whoppy are of the opinion the current Directors don't know how to find their way to the breakfast table.

> Only one MM left on offer at 20p then up we go again if that pops.

Fair bit of slack to take up at his level yet, Clocktower. MM are happy making 5/6p for now on their stock. Must be sitting on a fair bit @14.5p yet. That's unless news changes things and they think they can make more or need to dump.

They have until Thursday 31st March being 6 months from the year end in September . I have no idea the rule that Alynch refers to, directors or insiders can't buy in the close period (2 months prior to results) apart from hardship or prearranged sales. Any other shareholders, including ex employees, are free of such restrictions.

If JS has only just finished buying shares, he wouldn't have been allowed to buy them if they were going to release news within the given period of time (can't remember what that is currently). So, we can expect to wait that long before any news is released.

I share your thoughts here, they don't seem to want to release them. I know they're possibly wanting to bundle some of the recent news and developments in with the results but we should be kept informed of the financials.
