Had hoped the company update would have started strongly with a report based on their month long findings and intended actions. Rather than the HR charter they've issued.
If field operations are discussed tonight then we should expect a catch up RNS Friday.

I like the options strategy:-

In addition, Mr Stein will be granted options over the Company shares as follows:

2 million shares strike at 2.22p vesting at 4p

2 million shares strike at 4p vesting at 8p

2 million shares strike at 6p vesting at 12p

2 million shares strike at 8p vesting at 16p

2 million shares strike at 10p vesting at 20p

These options, valid until June 2022, will be issued following the Company's next General Meeting.

LGO Energy PLC’s (LON:LGO) much talked about reboot officially comes into effect on Thursday, with the name change to Columbus Energy Resources Plc.

New chief executive Leo Koot is steering the ship to new opportunities, seen in South America rather than the West Indies, where the group’s core assets presently are.


“I am excited about the inherent value that I see in this business and look forward to implementing a strategy to unlock that value,” Koot said last month.

“The company's current asset portfolio is strong, we are growing our production and generating cash.

“We are seeing ever more investment flowing back in to the sector. These are excellent fundamentals from which to grow the business.”

The shares start trading on London’s AIM market under the new name on Thursday morning.

Columbus will, meanwhile, pitch the group’s new plans at a re-branding launch event in the City.

He needs to produce the results of the survey/review that has been carried out over the past few weeks by his mate along with a work plan for the next 12 months at a minimum just to retain credibility.
