Well, I've thought that all along but why would MWM put a 25p tag on this and it's just gone up again. This seems to be the daily trend now, just a slight tick up. Perhaps he knows something we don't!

Just a small comment from MWM re LPY this morning:

It must not be forgotten that both Hansard and Leisureplay* (LPY) - which I also rate as a buy still - are highly speculative plays. Even so they are both going better and in such dealing strength. This momentum cannot be ignored. My little birdie tells me that Leisureplay could touch 25p within days.

Sorry Paddy, forgot to answer. MWM stands for Mark Watson-Mitchell, who is a small cap specialist and works on Watshot.com. They issue recommendations and price targets for small cap companies.

No - That's the announcement that should have been made 4 weeks ago.

The people in the know have already bought.

But still some room for a price increase perhaps.

So now we know where the assets are coming from! In the Sunday Times today 'Ramsden buys large plot in Barbados' 500 homes to be built next to the prestigous Sandy Lane resort. Ramsden to back these into leisureplay, value? When built £100 million plus.

Yes Mark a realised.... Is this thee Mark who got me into these?

Leisureplay are in the middle of a capital re-organisation so the stock is
not dealable at present.

That is what ive been waiting to hear.

Not much on this thread and the share price is performing fantastically.

Thanks for at least joking with me Mark.

Sean.

I was joking with you - if you haven't seen the price this afternoon it is now 20.75p to 21p.

It really does look as though they are heading higher, despite some comments on this thread.

On the face of it the price does defy logic, but behind the scenes action may well put some flesh on the bones.

Have a good weekend.

Regards

Mark
