27/7/2004 16:32 | Hi Guys 10m X trade LPY @18.75p done 15.24! Means what? Ta. enf | enfield100
27/7/2004 14:26 | Thanks for replying Merrickman, seems best I steer clear, extremely dodgy if you ask me. | alistair richmond
27/7/2004 14:13 | Alistair - yesterday the EGM passed a resolution to issue 80 million shares at 3p in effect 80% more share are now in issue. These were bought exclusively by Ramsdens' consortium. In essence they could sell them (unless subject restrictive clauses but none known) on friday at 18.5p - hence 500% return. EVO are fixing the price - and nobody can figure out why. What we do know is EVO have a holding and have been walking up - the same game is being played on Hassard. | merrickman
27/7/2004 13:31 | trades kicked off at 12 ish so they are delayed because i bought then you can trade inside the spread plus last time it doubled so. look what the apread must have look like on these at 4p but once volume comes though the mm reduce spreads | nissi beach
27/7/2004 13:28 | nissi WTS positive rns agree but no trades today and massive spread but looks interesting. | saloch
27/7/2004 13:21 | MWM on watshot today target price 25p end of week | saloch
27/7/2004 13:19 | another possible RTO stock to soar could be WTS. Last rumour it went over 10p DYOR but check out the RNS | nissi beach
27/7/2004 13:14 | Merrickman I could be missing something here again. You imply these shares can be bought on friday for 3P??? | alistair richmond
27/7/2004 10:03 | An Application has been made to AIM to admit a total of 180,000,000 New Ordinary Shares of 1p each following the capital reorganisation and recent subscription. These shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares and should commence trading on Friday 30 July 2004. Definitive Certificates should be issued on Friday 6 August 2004. On Friday buyers of the new 3p 80m new shares which rank alongside existing could sell them for 18.25 (500% profit). Any other share not involving EVO and Ramsden would see mass dumping people cashing in profits and price plummet in this case I think the consortium have agenda and proabably not sell them. Any clues - what s going on - Can't wait to see the FSA report | merrickman
26/7/2004 12:25 | Gizmo at a pound that would be 180 million shares (After dilution) = £180 M Current cash - £0.85 Mill + £2.4M from 80 mill share issue + 1 million if they win case + costs + money from Escrow (if not in provisions) Optimum working capital 4.2 million to create a company with CAP £180M. that is ambitious. | merrickman
26/7/2004 12:03 | Hi Alistair - will take a look at DAG thanks. I'm keeping hold of ASC, IMO these will go to a £1 before the end of the year... I maybe wrong but holding until then and beyond.... good luck... | gismo
26/7/2004 11:52 | I think all of us are amazed at this share price - (I know Winterfloods are also bemused) but its EVO who are priming/pumping this. So the consortium award themselves 80 million shares at 3p and I guess the market makers will be happy to buy back at 18p. . Would not suprise me if clause in options/shares they cannot sell untill 2008 etc this would avert major dumping. Looks like market makers (evo having fun and games) and they know the agenda/game plan. Anyboy on here give a halve decent reason why the 18.5 (Canadian angle and PETS systems reported in Guardian 3 weeeks ago - so what are we missing). | merrickman
26/7/2004 11:49 | Cheers Gismo....was in Asos but decided to sell and take my profit. I"m also into DAG which on low volume buying seems to tick up. | alistair richmond
26/7/2004 11:01 | Hi Alistair - still not sure, been in and out of Marchpole but main holding is ASC, not selling one of those. Just not sure where this is going but MWM seems to think they will exceed 20p - good luck with MPH | gismo

26/7/2004 09:28 | Gismo - delighted to make a reasonably handsome profit........... especially as they'd been bought in my wife's trading account !! - with her full knowledge I might add !! | philjh
26/7/2004 09:25 | Phil I've been in that situation before, stagnating shares etc... but great you recouped some money back. | gismo
26/7/2004 09:19 | Gismo - well i was a long term holder from the old MFC days and was sitting on a stagnating share price for a couple of years - delighted when LPY rocketed and was happy to sell half my holding at just over 9p - even happier to get 15.75p for the rest - like you I'm just continuing to watch in amazement as it continues to defy gravity ............. and logic !! | philjh
26/7/2004 09:11 | Hi Phi, yep, just pondering as to whether I should get in now... where's the paracetamol lol | gismo
26/7/2004 09:05 | people where saying at 13p it will go to 20p I wish i had held out. i have gone into CZT just floated today things looking good so far. | shaunoneill
26/7/2004 09:04 | Gismo - EGM today ? all will presumably become clearer | philjh
26/7/2004 09:01 | This is doing my head in too, been in and out of this, now wondering whether to take the plunge again.... can it go over 20p I ask myself? | gismo
