Sorry guys..lots of wise cracking statements which would have appeared pretty stupid if the price had stayed up.. as far as I can see . The announcement was fantastic. .how can the company directors be responsible for the games of wide boy investors. .. there is gold. Maybe a tonne of the stuff... its good news..

I don't know why, this company and its aging board of directors has never produced a thing and probably will never produce a thing. They've made a handsome living on getting shareholders to pay them to drill holes looking for random minerals, the latest of which is gold! However the prospect of several more years going by before they admit that it is not financially viable to dig it out of the ground makes the shrewd investor either to leave well alone or as happens pump it and dump it for a quick profit.

Thanks Lochlea ... you obviously have my sympathy and shared frustration. I was at an AGM for another AIM company recently where I learnt how in my naivety, I haven't been aware that much AIM stock is now apparently traded by computer ... it's almost as if the long term investor will soon be some extinct dinosaur. The behaviour of shares like this one find me exasperated!

Don't think I'm best placed to give any summary. Am just like you a longstanding frustrated pi.

I was banking on fact that matters seem to have improved significantly since they started engaging the services of various external consultants.

But the reality also seems to be it's the long term holders who get very little out of this saga. And occasionally get shafted along the way.
Whereas staff, directors, consultants, pumpers & dumpers seem to have done rather well out of this stock consistently over a number of years.

Perhaps we only have ourselves to blame for holding?

It would be really appreciated if you could drop a quick summary of how you interpret what's actually going on with all this!? I and perhaps others are now totally confused about what "seems" to be happening.

They might have had the common sense to put some time frames on likely further updates.

Might have prevented some of the free fall and run to the exit door.
