lochlea - many thanks for your thoughts.

imperial3 - I feel your pain too - I bought £10k @ 18p in April 2011.

Depressing what!?

HM....let's hope the 'adviser' that is being given the 400k odd shares is someone brokering a deal on back of the gold find. EDIT: 400k shares is petty cash. Hardly worth the hassle.

Think there's been a 7 to 8 fold increase in number of shares in circulation from anyone who 'invested' in the early days. For sure they won't ever see an impressive return on any investment made from a decade ago. It'll be those 'big boys' in the know, knowing exactly when to load up. The longstanding, loyal, patient pi will get somewhat shafted imho.

Afternoon lochlea

"For the avoidance of all doubt" (as american lawyers say!!) .. how do you envision our most positive hopes for the "end game"?

All the best

The issuing of new shares was the second news release today,of course totally unconnected with your subject.

Issuing of new shares is a different matter altogether.

Just wondered what this reclassification was possibly about? After 10 years one would like to think there was a purpose behind it.

They have issued more shares, further increasing dilution, just like raining down confetti.

Can anyone tell me the benefit and/or possible reasoning behind the reclassification of our shares from a nominal value of 1p to having no par value?

TIA.

That's the worst thing they could have done, and that is, getting rid of their lithium property. What a lack of vision by the BOD.Their saving grace is the recent gold find.

Dont forget the lithium deal going through we may get money from that..

Looking good.
All the best.

If it is significant as they say then if dilution is necessary to fund it, whats the problem? Gold doesn't just jump out of the ground as we know, The results will tell us more about how much we'll need to get at it and how much benefit is possible for investors.
If we can't afford it as we are, it makes sense to raise enough by inviting more in, There will always be conspiracy theories but that's the way things have always been, We'll have to accept what we get from it no matter how things pan out, Seems a good a bet as any all things considered
