15/2/2021 14:38 | Very quiet on here just how I like it. Under the radar at the moment and a long way to go up yet to get to half pre Covid levels | leedslad001
11/2/2021 13:13 | Topped up today | leedslad001
10/2/2021 11:01 | Bought in today | leedslad001
20/1/2021 11:40 | Investor's Champion is going to drill down into their Income Boosters holdings and ensure they still satisfy their key criteria for dividend investing. They're starting with a sector that's seen a dramatic surge in demand over the last year - supermarkets. #land #mrw | energeticbacker
12/1/2021 11:12 | LAND rental collection update this morning not bad. Headline is 65% but they say another £14m relates to customers who have withheld payment pending documentation of agreed concessions. If that flows to the bottom line this qtr along with remaining monthlies that will put them at 88% which is pretty credible. | nickrl
28/11/2020 14:46 | All IMHO DYORAre the weekend comments on Arcadia group going to have any more negative effects on LAND and BLND?Lockdown is shortly coming to an end but high street really does seem to still be in doldrums? | dandanactionman
13/11/2020 12:24 | This week sees another of Investor’s Champion’s Income Booster stocks reinstate its dividend, along with positive trading reports from several of their other dividend picks. #ba. #dlg #land #ng | energeticbacker
11/11/2020 19:24 | Land, and BL too, has indeed been a long term underperformer The de-merger was the right strategy at the wrong time; but not reviving it when markets improved was a big mistake IMO LAND could easily have been a Greater Portland Eatates Have to give Rob Noel credit though for selling of the worst of LANDs retail - they did have the most secondary retail assets out of the major REITs (East Kilbride shopping centre, Dundee - so many epic rabid dog assets) - and keeping the balance sheet strong | williamcooper104
11/11/2020 17:34 | QP, not looking for an argument with anyone. I sometimes hold firm views which can be frankly expressed, in doing so some posters may not be overjoyed to read those, the intention is to provoke debate, not to cause offence and there is a filter button on ADVFN for a reason. Even If personally very long a stock, I will usually list potential downsides, as well as upside possibilities. The earlier comment that someone who knows about property would not be a long term investor in LAND and to ignore you, was juvenile and will Edit it. Best of luck with your Landsec holding. | essentialinvestor
11/11/2020 12:50 | fly, very nicely traded. | essentialinvestor
11/11/2020 12:00 | Sorry guys, my attempt to correct someones mistaken comment seems to have started some unnecessary bickering. I made my exit today after a pleasant ride. Good luck. | flyfisher
11/11/2020 11:56 | If you are repurposing existing space/adding a little more space then it's a way out If you can add a lot of extra sf then it's profitable | williamcooper104
11/11/2020 10:58 | With LAND we may never see the 2015 price again just as the 2006/7 price was never seen again. At least they have avoided a value destroying rights issue to this point. LAND has been a longterm underperformer compared to DLN or GPOR. | essentialinvestor
11/11/2020 10:11 | IC say Hold fwiw. They also run an article on a re-rating potential for both LAND and BLND which I've not read yet. | essentialinvestor
10/11/2020 12:30 | Well they've taken a whopping 87m provision against unpaid rent which is bolder than any other propco has done so far although this may also include rental concessions. 6p/qtr dividend is implied by the restoration of the dividend which requires 180m pa to cover if perpetuated in Q3/Q4 which looks viable but only giving 3.6% now after yesterdays meteoric rise so need to see if it drifts back now or not. | nickrl
10/11/2020 10:23 | QP, You were bullish in 2019 when the last CEO was selling stock hand over fist. Or did you not notice. | essentialinvestor
10/11/2020 08:23 | With regards to the possible residential / mixed use development potential for some outer london shopping centres. Is this the only way out of a poor asset or is there big profit potential in them. | flyfisher
10/11/2020 07:59 | That's why QP always tags his posts with... ALL IMO. DYOR ). | essentialinvestor
10/11/2020 07:55 | QP, The 12p dividend is for the first two quarters, so 6p pq. | flyfisher
09/11/2020 11:21 | Broker consensus seem to indicate around 1bn loss for the year, the majority of which will be valuation reductions in retail and leisure. | flyfisher
09/11/2020 10:18 | Any views on what we are expecting in results tomorrow? 1. All IMHO DYOR but I would expect another fall in NAV 2. Appears that Some-sort of dividend will be announced (but at what level?)Daniel | dandanactionman |
