01/12/2016 12:17 | Not yet in bargain territory by a good measure. When it hits 750-800p, it will be attractive. But not until then. LandSecs - like the other property majors- displays worsening symptoms of Brexit-rot. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
22/11/2016 17:57 | Re Post 27. Axiare up 20% in two months. Land Securities down 7-8%. That's telling you something when Spanish real estate stocks are outperforming UK real estate stocks. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
27/10/2016 09:40 | As much as I believe that Land Securities is an outstanding company, it seems clear that Brexit-rot has set into the UK real estate market. Fears that parts of the UK corporate population will desert London for mainland Europe will spur ongoing weakness and foster doubt over occupancy levels and rental yield for some time to come. At current yield, it seems to me in a Brexit world that Land Secs now neither 1) offers a particularly attractive yield , nor 2) offer much prospect of revaluation uplifts - but possible downards valuations. Turned bearish on the sector since September. Down 7% just over the last month and 25% over a year. Not good. Have now sold all holdings in LandSecs and will hope to reinvest in better times. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa |
