09/9/2014 08:34 | Now sitting on the neckline of a possible reverse head and shoulders. Further move upward could herald a stronger move to above 330 level. CH. | churchtower

08/9/2014 12:16 | Pound ten month low against dollar this morning is good news for Laird. That is the only good thing I can find to say as far as my feelings towards the activities of a certain bitter and narrow minded bigot intent on leading the country of my birth into isolationism. CH. | churchtower
04/9/2014 11:08 | Good morning to you Wynmck. Chartwise I have pencilled in a target of 341 should 305 be breached on decent volume and favourable news continues to flow. This is a 4 month target. Regards - CH. | churchtower
04/9/2014 09:04 | -morning CH-positive coverage in Shares mag today-notes that "A year ago, ahead of Apple's iphone5 launch 10 Sep 2013 shares in Laird re-rated substantially, rising by more than 40% to 330p by Feb 2014.The stock has eased back a bit since but the next run higher looks due, especially given the Company's robust half year results on 31 July, which were "slightly ahead of our expectations" according to analysts at Numis" I Agree your comment re divi which they promise is progressive too. | wynmck
04/9/2014 08:54 | that new Samsung note edge looks quite good | el chupacabra
04/9/2014 08:45 | It is understandable that Apple tends to be the focus when looking at Laird, but there are a number of other irons in the fire with not only Samsung and the growth areas of telematics/M2m and Wireless Automation and Control Solutions plus the inroads being made through the Vietnam recent enterprise. In my view this is an excellent longer term investment enhanced even further by the dividend yield. CH. | churchtower
04/9/2014 01:20 | £3.12 breakthrough nice £3.35 breakthrough is what I have my eye on. Good luck all. | werty5
03/9/2014 23:08 | Went to apple store today at bluewater. Spoke to a number of staff who say they are excited about forth coming products, many of these may have Laired input. I feel that the £3.12 brake through May happen and then who knows. Good luck to all long players. | philipmidgley

02/8/2014 14:06 | Numis issues a Buy note with target of 380 stating -"First half results are slightly ahead of our expectations, with Laird demonstrating underlying growth of 10% year on year and an 80 basis points expansion in operating margin. A positive market backdrop combined with Laird specific new products launching in the second half provides strong underpinning for continued healthy underlying growth in the second half and beyond. Recent sector newsflow has been positive with building optimism for strong demand of new Apple iPhone models due in the second half. The strong demand for 4G infrastructure is also generally expected to be maintained. We upgrade 2014 underlying dollar revenue to $917m from $909m, representing 9% year on year growth."
