07/3/2017 07:36 | Mirabeau 1 Mar '17 - 20:58 - 969 of 997 0 0 Edit The ease with which they raised £20m may of course suggest that 'pre-contracts' (customers willing to place an order but perturbed by Kromek's weak balance sheet) will now be translated into commercial contracts? Is this capital raise a harbinger of news of more commercial contracts? -- I think today's news is just the start of the process of turning contract discussions into commercial contracts now that KMK have reassured customers they have the financial resources to exercise their part of the bargain | mirabeau

05/3/2017 12:09 | Updated14:30, 25 JAN 2017 Mr Williams added: “Kromek has made good progress this year, in which we achieved a number of important operational targets, enlarging our customer base and strengthening our relationship with our OEM partners. 'This resulted in significant contract wins over the past 18 months which have given us forward visibility over revenues in excess of 85% of market expectations for the current year' - Note the final paragraph. If there's one thing that the market wants to see is a company that meets or even better exceeds market expectations. With 85% revenue expectations in the bag it's not going to take much to exceed revenue expectations going forward. And I suspect the placing was the final piece in the jigsaw that allows (unlocks) the signing off of commercial contracts as KMK move forward | status epilepticus
04/3/2017 13:04 | 'In all, 5.13mln shares were up for offer at a price of 20p a share, and Kromek could have shifted two-and-a-half times that amount.' I am intrigued by this statement from the PI article dated 10-02-2017. The demand for stock begs the question as to what these people know that we mere mortals do not? Does the capital raise now unlock contracts to be signed off that customers were reluctant to place due to a weak balance sheet? Let's hope so Apologies if this point has already been made | status epilepticus
