A contract for $3.1million over 5years is not quite the same as a $159million contract.


You wanna be a millionaire next year, more chance buying a Lottery Ticket in my opinion.

Gosh, 2.8m shares sold at 20p. That's over 1%. I wonder what the back story is. Amphion finally selling up? Or hopefully selling up: I suppose even if it was Amphion selling, they could have another 5m to sell.

Results of Firm Placing and Open Offer and Result of General Meeting

"The Company is also pleased to announce the results of the Open Offer, which closed for acceptances at 11:00 a.m. on 9 February 2017. Valid acceptances have been received in respect of 13,109,095 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares"), representing a percentage take up of 256 per cent of those Ordinary Shares available under the Open Offer. Qualifying Shareholders who have applied for Offer Shares will receive their full Open Offer entitlement. Shareholders that made an application under the excess application facility will receive approximately 26.4 per cent of the excess new Ordinary Shares they applied for."

well tommorrow is the last day to participate in the share offer and did not expect the share price to fall- is it still worth it trotter- i would like to see a price of 24 at least tomorrow

Yes Amphion need to patch up their balance sheet which is a horror show.There shares are being gobbled up by other buyers. The CFO spoke of a transfer, he couldn't elaborate but it seems to me MM's are managing the book in an very orderly fashion. I expect further upward pressure on the share price to the 30p mark ahead of contract news.

CFO said their core shareholder base are very tight. When I asked about possibly T/O of KMK to access their IP and Tech, he said Miton and other major shareholders told him don't even bother contacting them unless an offer comes in the region of £1.50 a share. Nice to know?

After meeting the CEO and CFO It really did open my eyes to what an incredible business opportunity KMK has. I have to say I was extremely impressed by both of them (something I don't say often after meeting dozens of CEO's over the years)It was clear from conversations the only thing holding them back was concerns from Tier1 OEMs (think GE, Phillips, Siemens and Toshiba) about the strength of KMK balance sheet. That has now been addressed and I expected multiple contracts in short order.The technology is world class, KMK are one of only two manufacturers globally who can produce this material, with hundreds of patents protecting them.
