It’s a secondary placing by one of the original VC backers. Kooth isn’t raising any money.

Sometimes you can just feel there is a seller in the system and best to try and buy back in cheaper If I can get in close to 280p it will have saved me 3k gbp

Yes you could tell there was a seller I have tried to trade twice and felt uncomfortable so sold Funds ready for morning Hopefully call it right this time

Secondary placing at a just over 10% discount, it's gonna hurt tomorrow but I guess that's why the share price has not really kicked on.

Interest may be related to an alarming FT article this morning: "John Burn-Murdoch today crunches the data to look at the worrying rise of young people on health-related benefits. In the UK, the share of 16 to 24-year-olds reporting a health problem that reduces their ability to carry out day-to-day activities has almost tripled since 2007, to 20 per cent. And the pattern is borne out in data showing a rise in disability claims linked to mental health in the west.

Only caught the last part of the Meet the Company presentation on Tuesday and not had chance to rewatch it yet. But worth noting he did address dealing with the anti-Kooth objectors.
More significantly though he said he hoped to gain 2 new US states this year. Which I guess is the reason for this weeks bounce.
