Tend to agree with both posts..i.e sales uplift was not as great I was hoping for but the opportunity clearly lies in getting the adult market.

Also , a shame they didn't mention profits as they have good margins historically.

From the IPO doc it shows turnover for the first 6 months was £5.9m - so the trading update is indicating second half turnover in the range of 6.6m - 7.1m - not sure it is that much above market expectations. Its a growth story but I think more detail could have been provided in the update.

Agreed. Clearly there is a massive opportunity here and the addressable market is hard to quantify. When someone sharpens their pencil we can rerate. The huge potential here comes from expanding into adult treatment via nhs, corporate treatment (high margin) and the US. Mental health is the new lithium / renewable energy sector!!

Yes, Panmure need to pull their finger out. I don't think they have issued any note since KOO came to market.Flying totally under the radar.

We should get a broker note on the back of this unless they wait for the results.

Kooth finally moving breaking old highs. A trading update due soon.

From the BBC “ The chancellor will announce a £500m package to support mental health services in England after increased demand for support during the pandemic.

The Treasury said the majority of the funding will be spent on specialist services for young people, including in schools, and support for NHS workers.

Mr Sunak is also expected to vow for rapid progress to tackle the backlog of adult mental health referrals.

He will pledge the new funding in Wednesday's Spending Review.

In the same speech, the chancellor will unveil his long-term plan for infrastructure investment.

While the funding only applies to England, the devolved administrations in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland will receive equivalent funding via the Barnett formula, which will allow them to provide similar support”

Kooth featured in Investor's Blog - September 2020: AIM arrivals, departures and IHT qualifiers.

Kooth is just the sort of high growth business that AIM should be attracting.
