Suay Chin are in the final stages of their due diligence, with meetings with Kodal concluding this week I would expect to see news early next week as the 30day period has now lapsed. Tuesdays RNS indicated that everything is on track & should see the next stage of investment by Suay Chin £4.3m @ 0.0038p to be concluded increasing their stake to 20% of Kodal and in turn seeing the Mali lithium project fully funded to production or a takeover/buyout.Mr K.

I wouldn't take too much notice of the low official bid Mostro, the MMs have been paying way over it all morning. The 0.2781p trades earlier were the sells, the MMs here just like their games.( They were probably hoping to get some 'stop loss' sells imo).

Are the Chinese thinking they can come to the mighty london and take away a prime piece of KOD for the price of white bait?

Not on your nelly.

But this price is saying a few things to me. let's see. the value will out.

Barry,

How on earth are you going to get in with deramping like this, so are you saying this imaginary 0.6p placing will be discounted to that or at a premium:

"Of course the directors have no intention of ever exercising their options. The object of the exercise is to get mug punters to purchase shares to support the next placing at 0.6p."

You're telling us the next placing will be at over 100% premium? Also what's all this about management options. We're talking about financing from Suay Chin at a premium placing price, these are not management options. Just the chinese trying to get 20% of the company on the cheap at a 30% premium on each of the two placings.

Regards,
Ed.

If so desired Suay Chin were quite at liberty to purchase stock at £3.80.

However you cannot place stock on the markets higher than the current trading price./////He knows so little he even posts £3.80 instead of 0.38p,what a clown.

Barry,

£3.80 per share! I wished you worked for Suay Chin. The chinese will want in on the cheap, they did so at 0.3p, they're lining up for more cheapuns at 0.38p. But come on Barry they'll not pay close to $20bn for them yet! How much lithium to you think these guys have got! :) But no Barry, £24m cap approx is what they'll be in for, cheap at twice the price given the grades and multiple high grade discoveries they have reported yesterday. BCN valued at about x5 that cap and they've grades from 0.4%-0.7% lith, we've grades 3-5 times that an a micro cap in comparison. Also the company could have 100% offtake agreement in place from next week, how did they get that away with only one round of drilling and assays complete? A bit of a coup for a small AIM listed miner or just fantastic high grade lithium practically at surface? :)

Regards,
Ed.

Do not confuse what an investor is prepared to pay for new shares and an actual placing. Speak Later.
