No surprise though that the Chinese rushed in, says the asset quality is high, it also passed their own assays that confirmed KOD's independent assays. No wonder they wanted these at a premium when the share price was 0.24p. If the Chinese want the other 80% perhaps they'll have to pay an additional premium, especially given the way round 2 of the drilling and the trenching went.

The offer has been made/backed by some of them, I doubt all of them will want it unless they're happy with 3 or 4 shares each.

The average Chinese businessman in London, could find £4.8m from petty cash, or just from a simple re-mortgage of his daughter's nice house in Chelsea.

4.8m is not really a reflection of the vast wealth of "the Chinese" lol

No need to read it again, I already posted it. :) Chinese make an offer for 20% of KOD for a total of £4.8m, Japanese take 10% of BCN and paid over £10m for it. Chinese will be looking to multi-bag their 0.38p shares as they'll be getting them cheap.

Definitely is cheap as chips, the KOD is practically free with those chips, confirmation now of 4 high grade lithium deposits pretty much at surface. £15m cap in no way reflects their drilling to date, probably why the Chinese rushed in with their offer potentially getting 20% of KOD for just £4.8m. BCN, REM were/are valued many times that and their grades are much much lower.

Its not due quite yet, they're still drilling, assays will take another few weeks imo. they'll have to get assays for samples from 5000m of rc holes. They may also extend this drilling campaign. We are due some more drilling results in the near term and also completion of the Singapore financing at a premium to the current share price. Assays will come in due course though and it didn't take too long for the first round assays and trenching assays. KOD don't hang around and neither do that Singapore outfit moving to take 3% of the company before we even got round 2 drilling complete.

Yes RBD are indeed currently illiquid but that could all change soon.

Remember that KOD were once illiquid too and then things changed for the better as all of us KODers now know!

EDIT: anyway just posted out of interest so if interested best to get over to the RBD thread as this is quite rightly of course the KOD thread.
