As per usual daza lets see who is right. So far you have been incorrect about these things with kod1. Getting a ML2. BA accepting a low ball offer3. Quality of the study never satisfying a JV4. Kodal has been squandering cash 'life style' yet all the financial reports and progress made says otherwise.5. Size of jorc saying it was fully defined yet BA is about to announce upgradesLets keep adding to that list daza your making yourself look stupid. Maybe mali are trying to force them on 2019 because of the obvious tax avoidance and DSO scandal. Bad relationship is obvious.

WHY I WILL NOT BE BUYING KOD SHARES

In the event that Completion does not occur by the Longstop Date or the Subscription Agreement is otherwise terminated, the Company shall repay the Prepayment Amount plus accrued interest (calculated at a 10% annual interest rate applied from the date when the Prepayment is received) on or before the date falling 90 days after the termination of the Subscription Agreement (the "Repayment Date").

If the Company is unable to repay the Prepayment Amount on the Repayment Date, an additional 2% annual interest rate shall apply and Xinmao shall have the right but not the obligation by serving notice to the Company (the "Conversion Notice") to elect to convert part or all of the outstanding Prepayment Amount plus accrued interest into new ordinary shares in Kodal at a price per share which is the lower of: (i) 85% of the mid-market closing price of the Kodal's ordinary shares on the business day immediately prior to the date on which the Conversion Notice is received by the Company; and (ii) 85% of the VWAP for the 20 consecutive business days immediately prior to the date on which the Conversion Notice is issued by Hainan.

Hainan have controlling share of Kodal Mining UK Limited ("KMUK") its official and this was completed in early july. Now just awaiting mali mining dept to give go ahead to transfer license into KMUK. This shouldnt take long, imho aug will be the month. What a gift to buy kod shares under 0.5p, Hainan will buy shares in kod at 0.5p also.

Hi All, I’ve received several DMs from concerned #KOD investors about yesterday’s announcement by Leo Lithium extending their trading suspension for another 10 days on ASX. Some wonder how it will impact KOD’s share price. Not financial advice, but I believe Leo's issue involves selling DSO from their mine in Mali, where the government wants it processed locally or get a share of the revenue. Since KOD has no plans to sell DSO, the LEO extension isn't relevant to KOD’s share price. Any immediate volatility in the share price, in the absence of direct KOD news, therefore, is probably either macro factors (e.g. recent FED decision etc), or unnecessary FUD. Again, just my opinion. I released a video on this last week. Link below if interested. This is not click bait so if you've already seen it, no need to watch again. Just trying to help with research for those who may be concerned.
