Ignore Friday's closing price of 232. It was the price of a small UT trade after the market officially closed at 4;30pm. The official spread at the close was 233-240p giving an arbitrary mid price of 236.5p, so expect the KIST share price to open up at that price on Monday morning (unless there is an RNS issued at 7am).

There was a bullish "FLAG" pattern formed on the chart in July. This predicted a 40p share price rise, equal to the height of the "FLAG" pole (220 - 180 = 40p). Currently a rectangle pattern has been forming on the chart during August. A breakout, up, or down, will give the future direction of the KIST share price I predict a breakout upwards.

Just remember in the CPR document , numbers were based on E15 and expected E50M fcf - in the last AA interview , he was spinning plates because it was E21 - the numbers will be eye watering . Panmure brokers note on 13/07 gave a PT of £4.07 based on internal Dutch TTF 2021 average of E22.5MWh . If prices hold , this will blow . Throw in the drilling campaign proving up reserves and Q11-B appraisal - the journey will well and truly have begun . This will usurp Rockrose on every metric

Apologies sticky keyboard

It's understandable, I get quite excited too when I think about the amount Kistos must be making at current gas prices.

I can’t actually believe that the price is where it is considering where the gas price is.

Dutch gas prices are booming so maybe there is news around the corner to say we are beating budgets etc.........especially as the price @ 246p is firm.

The next aquisition will be a larger affair, according to AA's interview in 2020, think the deal was wait for his team to be in place then go for more funding for the 2nd acquisition...

Welshborderer it’s not those 2 we need to look at , it’s Richard Sneller who just retired from being head of Emerging markets BailliE Gifford hxxps://citywire.co.uk/funds-insider/news/baillie-gifford-emerging-markets-star-to-retire/a1289279

And Michael Spencer who both maybe know Andrew from his previous company,

Between these 2 investors alone they own over 26% of Deltic Energy, I say follow the smart money like people have here with Andrew, it’s Only a guess but I can’t see why Kistos can’t take us out, gain $10 million for issuing a few shares, al get to team up with Shell, can you imagine how the share price will be when they drill for gas in May 2022 ? Just all adds up to me, this price rise today is nit just due to has prices I don’t think, it’s looking mire like another deal is is store for you guys, I am just hoping it’s Deltic they take out!

Nice rise today. It also rose above the previous high achieved a month ago. Making new highs is a good sign.

On paper Deltic does appear a natural fit but Joint Ventures have a minefield of problematic clauses should one partner choose to sell to another. Assuming those not to be insurmountable is there any record of Andrew and Graham working together previously that might provide a clue?

Edit:

Might Andrew be one of two approaches made last year that were rejected and described as being a distraction?

Assuming that the 1st Elliott Wave started around a month ago and the 2nd Wave is never the shortest and is often longer than the 1st, I wonder how high the current Wave (the 2nd) can go? I'm hoping for 250p+ and quickly.

Would live Kistos to take Deltic Energy out, we have Shell as a partner, and drilling for Gas in May 2022 holding approx $10 million in cash, no debt, predominately gas with multiple TCF what’s not to like ?

What makes UK gas more expensive?

The UK stores under 2% of its annual gas demand on the British Isles vs. 25% on average stored in the EU27. This is the result of a decade of energy policies that have favoured ‘just in time’ gas import over the indigenous storage infrastructure. It is no wonder that we see gas flows currently being maximised on the pipeline linking the UK with the continent, but we can also see that attracting that gas to meet the demand is costing us dearly.
