Nigel it’s gross dilution and they are trying to get a consolidation away, also the asset is only 25% funded, so how long before they do another placing after the consolidation to shore up the other 75%?

Another loss making asset being added to the “portfolioR21; but they still haven’t managed to get the reserve power sites online yet, shovel ready for how many years?

I doubt the BoD has enough votes to carry this forward at the egm. Especially if tehre are special resolutions

The 'institutional' investor is probably Shylock Sanderson, to whom LC through his incompetence dropped shrareholders into hock. No true 'institution' would have touched Kibo for years past.

The problem is that we can only ever guess here as none of us, just like LC, really has a clue what is going on with KIBO, if anything.

Its not a guaranteed size. Its just the 'normal' trade size. Normal can stop being normal in an instant.

The guaranteed trade size (I am sure there is a technical term for it) for KIBO used to be 50,000 shares. If that is still the case that is a £75 trade. Just saying.
