So China is going to finance a UK listed power development company to build a coal power station in Mozambique, with or without a US firm to build the turbines.

All 15 trades I can see look like they are well below the mid-point so I am assuming all were sells?

Nobody wants to discuss the trades so far this week then?

Wrong colour for the rampers?

Looks like that little puff has fizzled, will soon be down to 0.13 shortly IMO.

RESEARCH.

@frankandbeans if they are owed salary and fees from 2019 and 2020 then I do not consider the interest a sweetener. What I did find offensive was the right to convert at 0.002p per share or less! Are you warming to Kibo yet Frankie ?? :) I honestly believe that fortunes are about to change for shareholders and I will place a bet with you that Kibo is above 0.004p per share within 6 months!!

So your happy for them to receive 7% as a bonus effective on top of their deferred payment, as opposed to taking the stock option.

Who’s paying the principle amount plus the 7%? And moreover, when?

Another placing to cover that one would assume, but with a 7% sweetener?

Tsk.

@frankandbeans I have no issue with them receiving 7% interest on the liability or of course them being paid what's owed to them. Few would expect anything else. What's your point?

I am glad that you have posted that, but for context why have you not posted all the relevant sections, as follows.

“ The Notes are convertible to Kibo ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") at a price identical to the price paid per Ordinary Share issued in the last private placing of Ordinary Shares undertaken by the Company preceding the issue date of the Notes, or any subsequent price paid per Ordinary Share issued in a subsequent issue of Ordinary Shares undertaken by the Company before a Subscriber converts the shares or the Redemption Date (as the case may be), whichever is the lower price . The Redemption Date of the notes is 1 March 2022 and Subscribers can convert some or all their Notes to Ordinary Shares at any time from the date of issue to 5 business days before the Redemption Date.

Until the Notes are repaid by the Company or converted into Ordinary Shares, interest shall accrue and be paid on the principal amount of the Notes outstanding at 7% per annum.”

I will just leave that to sink in is it?

"Why would they convert just yet?"

because

"...The Redemption Date of the notes is 1 March 2022 and Subscribers can convert some or all their Notes to Ordinary Shares at any time from the date of issue to 5 business days before the Redemption Date."

Why would they convert just yet? They know that the placee is going to flip out all the stock that they receive and drive the price right down, so they are going to convert when the price is at its lowest.

They can then vote through the share consolidation.

Simples.

It is interesting that there would not appear to be any conversion by the current directors of the CLNs. The price factored in a 12.5% dilution that would appear not to have materialised!

Not so delighted with the previous load you dumped much higher and at a significant loss, whilst recommending this as a “strong buy” though eh GforS?

How many of the other LTH followed suit? How many more have bought back in and claiming a paper profit, when actually sitting on a massive paper loss.

At least Yaki has the front to admit to it.

“ Delighted with my significant holding here. “

@Frankandbeans Whether Kibo is a pig is relative to your base cost. In my honest opinion the company is about to turn a corner one way or another!! I am very happy with my 25% paper gain thank you!!
