21/2/2022 17:31 | Interesting that market makers have limited stock. My orders are being fulfilled in split tranches. | dpr1881
21/2/2022 16:48 | I am presuming consolidation automatically provides that headroom as e.g. a 10:1 consolidation would provide LC with room to issue another c.4.7billion | cj41
21/2/2022 16:46 | Exactly hence my reference to headroom which is the huge risk as it would give LC the opportunity to go nuts with even more dilution. | cj41
21/2/2022 16:31 | cj consolidation is just an accounting trick and to make it easy to trade - in how many slices you cut to cake into, it is the same cake and has same value. Just right sized slices might be easier to consume The big thing is obviously the auth share capital - which at the moment is 5bln and I can't see shareholders agreeing for it to be increased, for the reasons you mention! Enough is enough! cj41 21 Feb '22 - 16:11 - 8373 of 8373 Apparently according to a poster on the other side, consolidation is the best way forward to grow the company. It may well be the only way to grow the company but would certainly be at the cost of all existing holders as all it would do is provide headroom for a load more dilution. LC has had plenty of time and plenty of funding to do something of value over the past 10 years. There is no reason to believe that with even more time and money he can achieve anything worthwhile. IMO the only way the share price has any chance of recovery is if projects can be funded with sensible long term loans rather than the ridiculous, desperate and expensive deals we have seen over the years. It’s not big and it certainly ain’t clever. | yaki

21/2/2022 11:24 | Interesting indeed. Glad there’s not any mention of golden tickets etc in your postings, makes a refreshing change to not be balled out by underwater LTH with nobody to blame but themselves for their vast losses. | frankandbeans
21/2/2022 11:05 | @Frankandbeans. The next few weeks and months will be interesting. Enjoy the ride! | dpr1881
21/2/2022 10:46 | DPR The CLN will be converted as sure as night follows day, ex board members will have no obligation nor will exiting board members, there’s a clue for starters. There’s been several placings to HNW previously with high hopes, but essentially they haven’t been interested in holding high risk stock previously when they can bank an immediate return, so why would they now? They wouldn’t, it’s not in their best interests to do so, expect to see their stock being flipped as soon (or before) or becomes available, I think someone said it works out they are getting stock at c0.13p a share? Instant profit plus the interest etc. Warrants are a sweetener, but they also create an overhang, just like a new bottom will be created when the HNW sells down to the price they acquired the stock at. | frankandbeans
21/2/2022 10:33 | @Frankandbeans I don't agree that stock is about to be unleashed from the transactions you list. 1) In the normal course of events the current directors will not sell. Of course anything possible with this board. 2) The November 2021 placing to a syndicate HNW individuals, the investment is not material in their world and they are therefore unlikely to be panicking at this point. If anything my view is they are likely to become active investors. 3) The bulk of the warrants are exercisable at a level above the current market price, most at 0.004 or above. In the context of a rising share price I do not see this being an issue. | dpr1881
20/2/2022 22:36 | DPR So an aggressive investor is suddenly going to turn this all around eh? Seems lots of stock about to be unleashed onto the market, through CLN, the placing and warrants, and of course the existing warrants also. How does that factor in? | frankandbeans
20/2/2022 11:00 | @frankandnbeans You miss the point that 99% of the investors were passive. Watch this space my friend and only time will tell who is right! | dpr1881
20/2/2022 00:01 | DPR “they” or “you”? Plenty have poured pensions and savings in to this with similar “I’ve timed it just right” attitudes. Guess what happened. It got cheaper. | frankandbeans
19/2/2022 12:33 | @frankandbeans Exactly they are gathering stock to fulfil a buy order, so that makes two of us at least that see potential! Timing and assessment is key my friend! | dpr1881
18/2/2022 21:25 | GforS Just next time you check your account balance remember that you need to deduct the amount you lost the first time around, and then add that to the amount you have lost this time around. If you sell out again are you going to let others know this time? “STRONG BUY” ( whilst I’m selling down) RESEARCH | frankandbeans
18/2/2022 19:07 | DPR Showing some naivety there, that’s not how it works when you are using a broker with DMA, your order completes when the order is filled, so a lack of liquidity isn’t really an issue in that instance. As for MM gathering stock.. Well usually because there’s a buy order in to fill, though if that’s the case someone needs to give their head a wobble. | frankandbeans
18/2/2022 17:39 | @Frankandbeans Your strategy would not work as most days there is insufficient liquidity in the stock to buy any material holding | dpr1881
18/2/2022 17:36 | @Frankandbeans The market makers are absorbing stock without cutting the price dramatically. What do you put that down to? Are they also stupid?? There are three main blocks of shares, interesting times ahead! | dpr1881
18/2/2022 17:08 | Get a room you two. Lurker is someone “had the nod” as you so eloquently put it, then they would put an order in with their broker at a set price, not buy randomly on the open market, which would not work in their favour as it would push the ask up. I haven’t seen any huge delayed trades at NCCL, have you? Anyway I will leave you two to compare.. notes. O.13p | frankandbeans
18/2/2022 17:05 | Well Lurker5 I'm pleased for holders & especially pleased it grates with filtered non holders predicting stupid falls both here & also at NCCL today.Maybe time to crack a MalbecCheers & enjoy the weekend | guitars4stars |
