13/6/2024 07:44 | Is the jse disjointed from the lse ?! zero movement and an exit more bottle necked than the entrance of a Billy Joel concert | man9315
13/6/2024 07:07 | it wasn't crazy as the placing was cancelled and anyone who forward sold the shares, now need to buy them. Assuming 600m+ shares were forward sold, some more buying should happen! | yaki
12/6/2024 15:27 | Crazy price movement on this news. The company will still need cash somehow and will still need restructuring. 120% up. Crazy. And then you have blencowe with a massive graphite resource, and npv of almost 500mill, and they sign their first offtake deal and the price stays flat. Lol | apfindley
12/6/2024 14:49 | No current dilution - ? | tomboyb
11/6/2024 17:39 | Yes sorry £600k. The LSE online page for Kibo says instrument market cap (M£) of 0.06 so I assumed that was £60k? Back to the bar me thinks | slamdingo
11/6/2024 15:36 | This always was a Mickey Mouse company."But thish is rediculoush" (not) | lurker5

07/6/2024 15:00 | I wonder if Kibosh shareholders will be lucky enough to get Parsons to pay Align to do a SOTP prediction for the company. It only costs £30,000. There are enough mug punters whose money can be weedled out of their pockets with that one. Align used the Mast Energy comparison at Corcel. Richie666,who is Richard Jennings, was bragging on the Corcel bulletin board the other day how he had made millions dealing in Corcel shares. I'll let the mug punter guess whose money he has run off with. Be careful. | helpfull
07/6/2024 14:04 | Broker Shard gone. I expected Hybridan to go as Shard are very close to Riverfort who are kind of running everything in Kibo and Mast | yaki
07/6/2024 12:50 | Further involvement of Louis Coetzee with the Kibo Board is to be finalized. With Kibo refinancing, Mr Coetzee wants a piece of that via a consultancy agreement. He knows Parsons is good for it. Out of shareholders pockets into BoD's/consultants. | dead duck resources
07/6/2024 12:34 | These leeches stick to each other. They know there are always mug investors and dodgy brokers to raise their life-style bread and butter (sometimes with champagne for them). Rinse and Repeat. Move on to the next bunch of fools. There are always plenty of them around. Good career really ! Wish I'd thought of it. | lurker5
07/6/2024 11:55 | Parsons has destroyed every single Company that has had the misfortune to employ him. You might argue then that, by the law of averages, he must do well at his next Company right? Wrong. Just witness Parson's Law from afar. BTW, he is only an Echo director for another couple of weeks. Their shareholders booted him out.............he was hanging on like a leach until the end. Not sure I've ever known (yes I do know him) a more shameless, incompetent man. Maybe with the exception of his partner-in-crime, Marco Fumagalli. Look out for the RNS that welcomes him here. | ohdearohdearohdear
07/6/2024 10:07 | Well I hate to say it. But this denoument was predictable from the very first post in 2017. A tale of fantasy promises by a 'lawyer' - mixture of Walter Mitty/Robert Maxwell/Pinocchio - puffed by incompetent 'analysts', and greedy hangers on - brokers, PR merchants, only in it for THEIR money, not yours ! Estimated theft, by fraudulent promises, from naive private investors (not a single 'institution' has ever touched it) is over £70m. Yet the FCA despite some warnings did nothing. Same prediction is still in place for MAST.Whose 2021 IPO document - and subsequent announcements - have been even more economical with the truth than were Kibo's (if such were possible - but the same 'mastermind' behind them of course !) But expect share spikes on 'news' by those who don't read past RNS''s and financial accounts. - followed by the inevitable. | lurker5
07/6/2024 09:45 | Parsons only non-exec, key appointment is Mohammed Ashraf proposed to join Kibo as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer | zen12
07/6/2024 09:14 | More sucking the lifestyle blood out of another company | mebo2
07/6/2024 09:10 | Where does " delisting from the JSE " leave us ? | man9315
07/6/2024 08:59 | James Parsons proposed to join Kibo as Non-Executive Director I'm all in. One of the finest operators in the market ranking alongside Bell, Kaintz, Lofgran, Sanderson, Leni...... The whoosh cannot be far off surely. | kemche
07/6/2024 07:34 | Is Cammy3 still ramping this? | muto
07/6/2024 07:04 | Coetzee has sucked every bit of cash he can out of the UK markets with his story telling, paid himself millions, now he has been found out it's exit time across all his listed vehicles. | m1sterx
07/6/2024 06:10 | Avoid these at all costs KAT another blood sucking con. They should be de listed by AIM but as no one regulates it they will no doubt survive to get more money from naïve investors. | grahamwales
07/6/2024 06:10 | Equity wipe out | imjustdandy |
