20/6/2023 06:24 | As we await a cracking set of results from Kibo I thought I would share a quotation. "Never argue with stupid people. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience." - Mark Twain | dpr1881
18/6/2023 07:00 | So lippy, you going to sell your home? | ekuuleus
17/6/2023 08:56 | Ha ha, funny As all know - Riverfort are the real owners and managers of Kibo, the puppet masters. With 1bln of warrants guaranteed and the hapless puppets, ie the BoD in the pocket, they can get as many bln shares as want. It is so sorry to see the damage caused here by LC and his even smaller puppets - the other directors! But I hope there is karma, for all involved, life works in mysterious ways. DPR1881 17 Jun '23 - 08:22 - 8093 of 8093 Interesting TR1 from RiverFort Global Opportunities PCC Ltd? On 12 May 2023 they disclosed a holding of 186,588,704 shares having exercised warrants 0.1p. Yesterday they disclosed a holding of 100,250,000. Doesn't sound like a vote of confidence in the Board? | yaki

14/6/2023 07:54 | Spread very tight 6.28-6.4 Why mms offer over mid?!? | yaki
14/6/2023 03:43 | perhaps another cracking deal like LVG? | dpr1881
13/6/2023 15:55 | I bet he's sold something for peanuts like haneti | sirianbotham
13/6/2023 10:54 | Mmm, something is brewing. Could buy at 5.5 today and now is 6.73. And no massive selling too!! COuld it be something to do with EDL, TZ, coal related?!? | yaki
13/6/2023 08:24 | Halifax has not allowed buying in this in the last 3 days with an error code - | tomboyb
06/6/2023 10:51 | That also goes for the Kibo newbies, excitedly 'piling in' in advance of 'news' on its latest wheezes. Funny how they never research what happened after every other Kibo 'news' spike, or ask the grizzled (and frazzled) old Kibo soldiers for their views. But, then, there's always a new generation of wide-eyed kiddies trustingly holding an AIM promoter's hand as he leads them past the gingerbread house into the deep dark Kibo money pit behind it. | lurker5
04/6/2023 08:08 | "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." - Albert Einstein | dpr1881
03/6/2023 14:10 | @SIB That was the fourth attempt! An AGM, a reconvened AGM, an aborted EGM and now this one. | dpr1881
03/6/2023 08:09 | If you can't get resolutions approved at the third attempt it sends a pretty strong message | sirianbotham
03/6/2023 04:35 | Well well well. An interesting outcome. Were there more "technical difficulties" with the voting on the Special Resolutions or contrary to what LC would have you believe he does not enjoy the full support of certain significant shareholders! Honestly the lengths you have to go to get a resolution passed these days like driving the share price into the ground before issuing yourself 500m shares!! | dpr1881
02/6/2023 15:13 | Interesting outcome So after issuing 900 mln shares to Riverfort, Sandersons and co and directors, they managed to gather only 800m votes. SO what happened to the 200-300m shares (new and previously owned) Also Sandersons 400m shares? Does it mean Sandersons aren't supporting the Board?!? As they voted against Katoro Gold resolutions but had no effect! | yaki
02/6/2023 14:51 | DPr maybe true. But they do have to 'approve' a prospectus | lurker5
02/6/2023 10:42 | @Lurker5 My experience of the FCA in fairness to them is that they have a very limited remit for example, AIM Companies are not obligated to prepare financial statements in accordance with accounting standards or comply with Company Law (where incorporated outside of the UK). Apparently it is a matter for the Corporate Enforcement Authority in Ireland. The trouble if the E in CEA is a very subjective term if you get my drift!! | dpr1881
02/6/2023 09:41 | I do hope the FCA are taking a close look…… | plentymorefish
02/6/2023 08:32 | DPR I think you'll find the FCA has been given an especially detailed steer on the matter. Once pointed out that they've been wrong-footed on two dud prospectuses in a row from the same source, they're inclined to be extra careful. | lurker5
02/6/2023 06:26 | I see Edenville Energy is involved in Rukwa coal to power in Tanzania - does Kibo still have an interest in Rukwa? | robinhoo1
02/6/2023 04:06 | On a somewhat positive note, anyone has any idea why the sudden interest in Edenville assets?!? | yaki
02/6/2023 04:05 | "...massively diluted by Riverfort and Sanderson ..." but he will keep his MANY jobs. So probably not a bad deal. Really bad deal for anyone who invests in any companies that he runs, as 90%+ share price decline is guaranteed! And only like 7 years ago he was talking about 3 700m businesses - MCPP, Gold and Nickel. DPR1881 1 Jun '23 - 19:14 - 8073 of 8074 A big day for Louis Cotzee tomorrow. Will his plan to defeat shareholders by issuing a shed load of shares to himself and all his friends work? He will of course be massively diluted by Riverfort and Sanderson in the future but as they say what goes around comes around! | yaki
01/6/2023 22:47 | Well I hate to say it but.. I told you so. | frankandbeans
