18/9/2018 09:13 | Thanks bamboo. I'm ready and waiting to pull the trigger on the next trade. I nearly went for it a few days ago at 1900 but the volume didn't justify it. H&S pattern nice and clear though. Ready and waiting to buy in to a rise back to 2100. | villarich
18/9/2018 09:04 | Looks like KWS is going to trade between 18-19 for the short term. | scooper72
18/9/2018 08:39 | Peel Hunt reiterate their Add and 2100p target: | rivaldo
18/9/2018 08:34 | rich, The H&S has a tp approx 1750-1720. Needs eod close above 1920 to avoid confirmation. Only around half of H&S actually meet tp. | bamboo2
18/9/2018 07:55 | Good solid set of results as trailed in last month's trading update. The only slight negative I can see is the last sentence in this para which suggests the turnaround at VMC on revenue growth is not happening as fast as it was probably envisaged. "We are particularly pleased with our performance in respect of acquisitions and their subsequent integration. Our largest acquisition to date, VMC, which was absorbed into the Group with a track record of reducing revenues and an operating margin of 9.1% in October 2017, has been fully integrated and the resulting synergies are already significantly enhancing operating margins as can be seen by the overall group profit margin of 14.5%. We are confident of being able to return it to revenue growth in the near to medium term. | glaws2
18/9/2018 07:55 | TFC, they have a £105m revolving credit facility for further acquisitions.....whi | rivaldo
18/9/2018 07:52 | Net cash of €0.1m .....?????(H1 2017: €1.1m; FY 2017: €11.1m) after €10.6m of net cash outlay on acquisitions and what happens now then? | thefartingcommie
18/9/2018 07:43 | Solid results. Not sure what the market will think of 'meeting expectations' rather than exceeding. Hopefully they see the 'before contribution from acquisitions' part of the sentence as positive and give this a bump. | villarich
18/9/2018 07:33 | And a 10 per cent dividend increase | stentorian
18/9/2018 07:19 | So today we have: - very pleasing H1 results, with a confident outlook - a complementary UK acquisition - the acquisition in the USA of a very, very impressive-looking sound design team In particular, the City was concerned whether KWS' largest acquisition to date, VMC, was being integrated OK. This is indeed happening - margins are improving and synergies occurring. Trading is good, with forecasts being met even prior to any further acquisitions. I like this paragraph: "The games market is starting to focus on the prospect of games being streamed and played live across all connected devices. Advances in technology and increases in internet bandwidth including the forthcoming 5G mobile networks and the resultant reduction in latency of communications could enable streaming of games for the first time which we believe will drive record demand for gaming content." | rivaldo
17/9/2018 23:01 | Results tomorrow...you could be buying back at a substantial premium to what you sold at...or maybe not!! | eentweedrie
17/9/2018 20:16 | Sold today for small profit. Hope to buy back tomorrow/Wednesday. | bamboo2
11/9/2018 08:41 | Have also been buying, based on a potential turn and the 14 bar cycle that seems evident in the chart. | bamboo2
07/9/2018 16:28 | It has basically sat at 1858 for most of the day. Whenever it got down to about 1856 there were a fair few people buying. I decided to buy a small amount for trading at that price. Will get more if it goes under 1800 | scooper72
07/9/2018 08:54 | i dont mind the drift if it presents us with a buy opportunity! | ali47fish
07/9/2018 08:35 | Wonder whether it will drift over the next couple of weeks up to the half year results. | scooper72
06/9/2018 16:22 | Thanks Bamboo, agreed I was looking at the late 17s possibly early 18s as a potential bounce area. That said I'm keeping an eye on the current area too as I thought late 19s May have proved support as it did resistance. | villarich
06/9/2018 15:55 | Well. I better put some funds aside for that. Would love to trade a bit from that sort of price. | scooper72
06/9/2018 15:10 | rich, The breakout in Mar 18 attempted to take the trading range a step higher, however, in spite of the new high, price still tested the old range one last time, touching 1500 before continuing. A very similar breakout has just occurred. The same level of retrace could hit approx 1750-1775 | bamboo2
06/9/2018 13:30 | This has traded within a range for months. I'm waiting for signs of a turn and will then be buying for a short term move back to towards £20 | villarich
06/9/2018 09:13 | slight retrace wonder ehter it is an opp to add anyone | ali47fish
31/8/2018 11:21 | EA off 10% yesterday on delaying Battlefield5. Dont KWS do some testing on that one? | phowdo
31/8/2018 11:07 | £20 breached. Now seeing where it is at close. If it finishes below £20 then I'm assuming that is not the support level. I'll be looking for a reversal pattern before buying in again | villarich
30/8/2018 08:15 | I'm giving it a few days to play out to see what the new range might be. I'd like it to be at least 10% (20 to 22) to make trading it worthwhile. | villarich
29/8/2018 17:14 | That's what I was wondering today. Tempted to buy back in if it bounces of 2015 for a while. | scooper72 |
